Wir waren wie in der eigenen Wohnung, alles da.

Positiv: Frühstück selbst gemacht, Lage war schön und gute öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen, Appartment sehr gut eingerichtet

Negativ: Eingang in das haus funktionierte überhaupt nicht: es war niemand da und auch nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Zufällig ist jemand aus dem Haus gekommen und wir konnten hinein. Alles Weitere im Haus klappte wie angewiesen.

Wonderful Vienna stay

Positiv: Great location, very close to all forms of public transportation. 3 supermarkets within 5-7 minutes walk. Older building with quite neighbors, huge comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen to cook meals. Staff were very responsive when we reached out to them. We stayed a month and felt like home.

Negativ: No complaints at all.

Geweldig en rustig appartement op een toplocatie

Positiv: Het is een prachtig en rustig appartement, met goede faciliteiten en degelijke kookapparatuur. De locatie was top: binnen een minuut lopen kom je langs een supermarkt en een metrostation (U3). Je bent binnen 10-15 minuten wandelen al bij Schönbrunn. De hosts reageerden erg snel en zorgden ervoor dat je je thuis voelde. De schoonmaakservice die na twee weken langskwam was ook boven verwachtingen. Het was prima om hier vier weken te vertoeven.

Negativ: Ik heb veel dingen zelf moeten bijkopen, zoals keukenpapier, vaatwastabletten, bakpapier en wasmiddel. Dit minpuntje valt echter in het niet bij de relatief goedkope prijs vergeleken met andere appartementen in Wenen, dus dan moet je deze kleine extra's maar voor lief nemen.

Wheelchair? Wonderful place to stay, clean, convenient. the hosts were excellent.

Positiv: The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all the appliances and kitchen items that we needed. They had a coffee pot, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as the dishwasher, oven and stove top. The hosts were kind, patient and helpful, really great. This apartment is 2 doors from a Hofer grocery store, and 2 blocks from the subway, and streetcar. There was a bus stop across the street, and one 1/2 block away. We could get anywhere in Vienna very easily. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We would stay in this apartment again.

Negativ: We are from the south of the United States, and are accustom to air conditioning. It is not the norm in Europe, and we were there in August when temps were in the 90's. There was a breeze that would flow through open windows, and we used a fan. The elevator did not stop on this floor, we had to walk 1 flight up or 1 flight down. There were very strong railings on both sides which made this possible for us. My husband is disabled. These are minor complaints in respect to our total experience, but the reason I rated a 9 instead of 10. I felt it should be known incase these are issues for you.
