Modern Apartment I Near Schönbrunn I Vienna City Center

Definitely Recommended

Positiv: We stayed for 3 nights. We loved the underfloor heating and how easily it warmed up. The kitchen was clean and tidy. The design, newness, and cleanliness of the house, especially the toilet and bathroom, were fantastic. The bed was so comfortable. Check-in was effortless; instructions were sufficient. The host was also communicative, responded quickly, and allowed us to check in an hour early. We had stayed in the Johnstraße area before and specifically chose it again. It's a quiet, safe, and peaceful place with quick access to the center.

Negativ: There were no shelves in the bathroom, so we kept our toothbrushes and cosmetics on the table in the living room. It wasn't a critical drawback, but it could feel uncomfortable during a longer stay. I also mentioned this to the host. Also, there's no curtain in the shower area, but it dries quickly because of underfloor heating. Still, a curtain would be good, as water can splash onto the towels.

Positiv: The apartment was beautiful and very modern. It’s located close to a metro station and there’s a large supermarket nearby. Everything was perfect — 10/10! Excellent communication with the host and very easy check-in instructions.

Positiv: Nice accommodation. Ideal for individuals, couples, or families with up to two children. Clean and newly furnished. It is located in a quiet street and even in summer there is no need for air conditioning. The place is great also because interesting sights are nearby. Schönbrunn, the Technical Museum, and the metro station are just a short walk away, and from there you can easily reach the city center.

Negativ: Just a small note: please bring some basic groceries with you, such as sugar, salt, and oil.

Clean apartment and friendly host

Positiv: Very clean apartment with new furniture and equipped kitchen. The host was extremely kind, attentive, and polite. Excellent location, close to the city center using U3 line, with a metro station, and a supermarket all within a few minutes’ walk.

Positiv: Apartment new, clean and comfortable. 10 minutes walking from underground, well connected. All stuffs available (cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, etc.).

A comfortable place to stay in Vienna.

Positiv: Everything was perfect! The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet. It is located in a wonderful neighborhood, so easy to access public transportation, cafes and museums. The owner answered all questions and provided helpful information.

Negativ: I can't think of anything that my family and I didn't like about the apartment. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the shower is very nice. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We are very happy that we stayed there.

Totul a fost minunat, recomandam aceasta cazare si cu siguranta daca vom mai merge in Viena vom reveni cu drag.

Positiv: Compartimentare buna, camere spatioase, minimalist si cu bun gust, aproape de metrou, tramvai si autobuz, market vis a vis, multitudine de ustensile de bucatarie, masina de vase, umerase pentru haine, gazda a raspuns de fiecare data la mesaje si ne-a ajutat cu tot ce a fost necesar

Negativ: Lipsa condimente minime: zahar, sare, piper (noi am lasat niste pungi cu condimente si speram ca se va tine cont de review), lipsa cuptor cu microunde, lipsa sapun lichid (am lasat un sapun). Atentie la persoana care face curatenie, sub canapea era plin de praf! Acestea sunt doar recomandari, nu neaparat puncte slabe ale cazarii.

Positiv: Добър и отзивчив домакин, готов винаги да помогне, модерно обзаведен и чист апартамент. Много добро местоположение, тих район, в близост са метро, трамвай, автобуси, супермаркети, подземен паркинг. Шонбрун и техническия музей са на 2-3 спирки с градския транспорт. Всичко беше перфектно, апартамента има всичко необходимо, за да си прекарате добре. Определено ни хареса и бихме посетили отново.

Positiv: Lokacija je super, tudi parking je blizu in zelo ugodno - 12€ za cel dan, za vikende brezplačno pred apartmajem.

Negativ: Vse mi je bilo všeč.
