Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, das Check-in muss besser werden.

Positiv: Die Lage war ideal, die Wohnung hell und gemütlich und ruhig.

Negativ: Die Wohnung roch sehr stark nach Reinigungsmittel/Waschpulver/Chemie. Wenn wir eine Erklärung gehabt hätten, hätten wir sparsamer heizen können. Der Kontakt zur Check-in-Vermittlung war mühsam (schwer erreichbar), der schriftliche Kontakt ausschließlich auf englisch. Die zu spätestens 15 Uhr zugesagten Check-in-Informationen erhielten wir erst abends und nach mehrfacher Nachfrage.

Positiv: Das Apartment ist sowas von toll ausgestattet für die grösse und alles was man braucht ist da. Sehr sauber und gepflegtes Inventar. Die U- Bahnstation JOHNSTRASSE ist in 10min zu Fuss zu erreichen und dann weitere 15 min.zur Stadtmitte....einfach genial.

Negativ: Da gab es leider nicht's zu erwähnen

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien! Zur nächsten Messe kommen wir wieder.

Positiv: Schöne helle kleine Wohnung. Super Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Zudem sehr leckerer Kaffee!

Negativ: Die Parkplatzsituation. Wir sind mit einen Transporter und einem PKW angereist. Der Transporter war zu hoch für Parkhäuser und mussten somit stundenlag Parkplätze suchen. Dort kann man auch nur 2 Std parken und es ist sehr teuer.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war schön aufgeteilt , schön hell und vor allen Dingen war sie in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sie war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Paare oder Freunde maximal 3 . Eine super Wohnung auch vom Preis her.

Nice, comfortable stay with lots of amenities and close to public transport and grocery shops

Positiv: The apartment was nice cozy and clean, it has modern furniture as in the photos, it had amenities and even lots of kitchen utensils, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets, enough towels and close to a metro station

Negativ: We had some difficulties with finding out where the radiators for the heating are located but it didnt affect our stay that much as we were outside of the apartment for the most part of our days

Positiv: Very nice apartment, fully recommend. It has everything needed for the comfortable time. It was super quiet, very warm in cold November, relaxing bath. Location was also great, close to metro/tram and local market. It was a very good choice.

Negativ: I will only mention 2 small adjustments. Mattress could be a bit more comfortable and in some areas old dust was visible. Apart from that, it was fantastic.

Wonderful

Positiv: The apartment is wonderful, there were two of us, the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, there is also an extra sofa in the living room. Very clean apartment, with sufficient lighting, with all amenities available, the bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is separate. The neighborhood is quiet, there are metro and bus stops nearby, walking distance from Schönbrunn Palace. I recommend!

Negativ: We were charged a deposit of 250 euros, which we were warned about, but it was refunded as soon as we vacated the apartment, the same day.

Positiv: Clean, cozy and comfortable, perfect for solo traveler’s and couple’s.

Cosy small apartment in quiet neighborhood

Positiv: cosy, good value, near metro, lots of useful house appliances, quiet neighborhood

Negativ: the bed wasn't super comfortable but definitely ok. no AC but it had a fan (also the temperature was never too high, even in August)

Positiv: Nice, smallish place, perfect for a couple traveling and staying. Has all you need. Friendly staff, if had something to ask they answer quickly and clear, help if you need.

Negativ: Key location was a bit far from the apartment.
