Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber, das Check in einwandfrei und die Einrichtung super. Die Heizung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber händelbar. Internet, TV, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionierten sehr gut.

Perfekt für Familien
Positiv: Perfekte Lage zentrumsnah zur Wiener Innenstadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Negativ: Parkplatz-System der Stadt Wien ist nicht besonders besucherfreundlich. Kurzzeitparkzonen zwingen zur Nutzung von u.a. teuren Parkhäusern --> Anreise mit dem Auto und insbesondere das Parken sollte man vorher entsprechend einplanen Aber gute Online Infoseite verfügbar mit Verfügbarkeit und Preisen. --> Achtung die günstigen Parkhäuser sind morgends dann gleich belegt --> daher am Abend bereits einparken, da ohnehin Tagestarife anfallen...

Positiv: A large, well-equipped and spacious place with clean rooms in an excellent location. There are no air conditioners and the heat of Vienna in those days (over 30 degrees) - it was not easy, but to the owner's credit, he provided fans that did the job.
Negativ: Light in the morning, not good enough blinds or curtains

Nice appartment in a pleasant nighbourhood, close to S-and U-bahn.
Positiv: The situation of the appartement is realy great. Close to the S-bahn and the U-bahn. Lot’s of restaurants in the surroundings.
Negativ: The kitchen is old-fashionned but still working. We had only one spoon😳. The soap dispenser was empty. Curtains for darkening the rooms are missing

Grande potenziale sfruttato male
Positiv: Appartamento molto ampio e caldo in una posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. Due ampie camere matrimoniali, una cucina funzionale , un grande soggiorno con divano/letto.
Negativ: L’appartamento è un po’ fatiscente, gran parte del mobilio, soprattutto nelle camere era rotto, alcune lampadine non funzionanti. Avrei apprezzato una minima dotazione iniziale come una bottiglia d’acqua e una cialdina di caffè visto il prezzo pagato di quasi 500 € a notte. Avevamo bisogno di un mazzo di chiavi in più essendo 2 coppie , ho chiesto al proprietario che mi ha risposto dopo più di 24 ore dicendomi che si sarebbe informato ma non mi ha mai dato una risposta. Probabilmente è gestito da qualche agenzia che non ha la stessa attenzione e cura che avrebbe un proprietario.

Vše v pořádku, byt byl tichý, čistý, dobře vytápěný. Metro kousek od domu, Billa za rohem.
Positiv: Docházková vzdálenost ke Katedrále sv. Štěpána, cca 20 minut pěšky do Prátru.
Negativ: Kuchyně byla málo vybavená, uvítala bych víc sklenic, hrnků, větší hrnec. Ale poradili jsme si.

Positiv: Daire son derece geniş ve ferah, temizliği son derece yeterliydi ve iyiydi, İnternet hızlıydı, Bina gayet sakin ve güvenliydi, Bölge merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ,dilerseniz en merkezi yere Katedrale 15-20 dk için de yürüyebilirsiniz, Yakındaki Tuna nehrine 10 dk ulaşabilir, nehir kenarında keyifli vakit ve mekanların tadını çıkarabilirsiniz, binanın avlusundan çıkar çıkmaz çok fazla markete ve cafeye ulaşabiliyorsunuz çok yakındaki Karmelitermarkt ( Pazar yeri konsepti) taze meyve, peynir alışverişi yapabileceğiniz gibi güzel kafe , pastane ve kahvaltı mekanlarına ulaşabilirsiniz.
Negativ: Bazen bina avlusunun karanlık olması , Su bardağı sayısı artırılabilir
