Brand-new apartment in the 17th district of Vienna

Positiv: Sehr ruhig gelegen, tolle Einrichtung, kurze Strecke zu Straßenbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Negativ: Handtuch-Haken im WC und neben der Dusche wären klasse.

Positiv: Große Wohnküche, bequemes Bett, gutes WLAN, Wasch- und Trocknungsmöglichkeit der Wäsche, insgesamt schöne Wohnung

Negativ: Keine Kommode bzw. praktischer Kleiderschrank, wenig Aufhängemöglichkeit der Tücher im Bad, die Duschtür war nicht ganz dicht

The staff is amazing and helpful, answering all my questions immediately. I would recommend this place.

Positiv: Everything that we need is near; supermarkets and public transport. The bed is very comfortable, shower is nice, kitchen has everything that we need. I would suggest a toaster.

Positiv: Prima appartement op loopafstand van de U bahn. Tip voor wanneer je met de auto gaat en langer blijft: parkeer de auto op een P+R (bijvoorbeeld Siebenhirten) buiten het centrum en pak de U bahn terug. Dit is een stuk goedkoper.

Positiv: Que tiene lavadora es de gran ayuda para las personas que van por varios días a Vienna

Negativ: El colchón necesita cambio de hunde en todos lados tuve que dormir en el sofá cama

Positiv: El alojamiento estaba limpio y fue muy cómodo, ideal para parejas!

At the end of busy days, we looked forward to returning to this quiet, cozy place.

Positiv: I liked that the apartment was in a less touristy area. It was quiet during the night. The appliances were new and easy to use. There were dishes and cooking utensils available so I was able to prepare some simple meals there. There were several grocery stores nearby. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Whenever I had questions, my concerns were quickly taken care of. The bed with its comforters was very comfortable.

Negativ: The apartment was not as close to public transportation as I thought it would be. During the first week when my husband was trying to take a nap during the day, there were workmen in the courtyard laying concrete blocks for a new patio. There was lots of noise when they were drilling. On the night of November 23, 2023, our power was turned off about 9 pm and was not restored until about 1 pm the next day. The apartment became cold. On Friday, I had to hang around until the power was restored.

Positiv: L'appartamento è molto vicino al centro, facilmente raggiungibile con il tram, a pochi passi dall'abitazione. La casa è nuove, moderna e accogliente, fornita delle suppellettili necessarie per una convivenza di coppia.

Negativ: Migliorerei l'esterno, ancora poco curato, ma sono sicuro che l'host ha in programma di effettuare dei lavori di restauro data la presenza dell'occorrente necessario presente fuori al piccolo patio.
