Das Appartment hat unsere Bedürfnisse vollauf erfüllt!

Positiv: Insgesamt war die Wohnung mit ihrer Aufteilung und der Ausstattung sehr gut, sie ist auch ganz schön eingerichtet und hat unsere Bedürfnisse vollauf erfüllt.

Negativ: Der Fußboden benötigt mal dringend eine gründliche Reinigung. Mein Sohn lief barfuß und hatte dann ganz schmutzige Füße. Auch Spinnweben an der Decke, viel Staub unter der Couch und noch Haare im Bad. Im größeren Bad roch es leider stark nach dem Kanal. In der Küche wäre noch eine Pfanne und eine Salatschüssel fein. Leider hat es mit dem Zugangscode zum Haus/Wohnung nicht geklappt. Aber dieses Problem konnte mit etwas Verzögerung gelöst werden. Die Bettpölster sind sehr dick, die konnten wir nicht verwenden.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut aufgeteilt und ruhig. Öpnv-Anbindung sehr gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter hat bei Fragen außergewöhnlich schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige und geschmackvolle Wohnung mit perfekter Anbindung in interessantem Bezirk

Positiv: Sehr gut aufgeteilt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Verkehrsanbindung, lebendiges Viertel, Brunnenmarkt in der Nähe.

Negativ: Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten (noch): Kehrblech/Besen, Mülleimer in den Bädern. Wenig umweltfreundlich: Kaffeemaschine mit Alukapseln.

Well the stay was super but I don’t advice gor long stay them 4 night in it.

Comfort in Vienna

Positiv: Lovely apartment, spacious, exactly like the pictures, excellent beds and pillows. Perfect for our taste as 2 couples. The apartment is very well divided regarding bathrooms and toilets. The company who rent this property were very helpful and accommodating. They arranged the cleaning to allow us check in early as we arrived in the morning and kept in touch to ensure everything was good for us and advised where we could store our luggage in Vienna on checkout day. Excellent service all round! Highly recommend this company and apartment!

Good location in a quiet yet central part of Vienna

Positiv: Very good location close to the next U-Bahn station and easy distance to the Center. Very quiet street. Absolutely spatious apartment with all you need for a short stay.

Negativ: The bathroom of one of the 2 room was smelling horrific. That should be fixed for the next guests. The kitchen could do with some new pots.

Good and spacious apartment. In quite area, but close to cafes and restaurants

Positiv: I really liked location of this apartment. It is located in a nice and quiet area, close to a supermarket with cafes and restaurants not far by. Train station is only 8 minutes walk. Apartment it's self if very spacious.

Negativ: The apartment hot water boiler system is located in main bedroom's bathroom and when it's on, could be very loud. The door handle from the bedroom into the bathroom, therefore we had to keep the door open... which didn't help us with the sleep. Also, when walked into the living room we found a huge spider web on the sealing, which totally freeked my son up

Positiv: There are 2 toilets and 2 showers in this property which allows for extra privacy. Location is Close to supermarkets and public transport. Nice outdoor ice skating rink and large bowling center around the corner.

Lovely home where I will totally have the path to return!

Positiv: It was a lovely stay, a great apartment that we felt like home when we entered, in 5 seconds. Easy check in, very clean, comfortable and very good for more that 1 night to stay, actually. Totally recommend it.
