Zentrale Lage in top ausgestattetem Appartment zu gutem Preis
Positiv: Top Lage 5min. von U-Bahn-Station Pilgramgasse, 10min fussläufig zum Naschmarkt. Auch die Innenstadt kann man mit kurzem Fussmarsch oder 2-3 Stationen mit der U- Bahn schnell erreichen. Sehr grosses Appartment mit allem was es braucht incl. sehr guter Küchenaustattung, Bad mit Dusche und separates WC. Sogar Bügeleisen- und Brett. ;)
Negativ: Ins Haus kommt man nur mit Telefonanruf. Etwas ungünstig, ich hab keinem Auslandtarif. Ins Appartment dann mit Code, das ging problemlos.

Toller Aufenthalt an guter Lage!
Positiv: Man kriegt genau das, wie es im Profil steht und aussieht. Super Lage, gute ÖV-Anbindung (2 Minuten zur U4 und direkt beim Bus 13A zum Hauptbahnhof). Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer. Es hat alles, was es braucht, ohne zusätzlichen Schnickschnack. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bequemes Bett - mir hat es sehr gefallen!
Negativ: Tor zum Innenhof öffnet sich via Anruf - das fand ich recht cool - allerdings dran denken: nie Smartphone drinnen liegen lassen und: ein Powerbank bei sich tragen ist von Vorteil... :)

Positiv: Lage super, Wohnung sehr schön, innovative Schließtechnik, viel Platz, ruhig
Negativ: Leider nichts von den Basics, die sich mittlerweile in fast allen Ferienwohnungen finden lassen: Salz, Pfeffer Zucker, Kaffeekapseln für den Start etc. Wobei selbstverständlich ist, dass der Mieter das dann auch wieder auffüllt…aber hier gab es absolut gar nix

Very good quality and location for the price!
Positiv: The apartment was very well located, and it is fairly easy to access without contact (in case you get there pretty late, it is not an issue). It is indeed an entire unit for a pretty good price, including a kitchen, separated toilet/shower rooms, living room and bedroom. The property uses a payment platform separate from booking, which made me feel insecure, however the staff were really responsive via email and made me feel more comfortable with paying. The couch looks uncomfortable in the pictures but it was pretty cozy, and the bed was also very comfortable, even though you have to shimmy in. I liked the building and high ceilings. The pictures are pretty accurate, and the place was perfectly clean.
Negativ: The payment is not done via booking but through a different platform (guest24) with made me uncomfortable, I almost canceled my booking because of this. The apartment is comfortable but not thoughtfully equipped: there is no soap of shampoo or amenities in the bathroom, there is a washer but no laundry detergent, no extra towels, I did not need to use the kitchen so I don't know how well equipped it was. The closet in the bedroom is kinda hard to open so I did not use it. Other than that, the place was pretty good, specially considering the price, so I am happy with my experience.

Confortável e espaçoso
Positiv: Ótima localização, bom espaço e camas confortáveis. Bom chuveiro também. Cozinha razoavelmente equipada, foi possível cozinhar normalmente e secar roupas no varal mesmo internamente.
Negativ: Para acessar o interior do prédio é preciso ligar para um número de telefone. Se você está usando roaming internacional, talvez a ligação não funcione, como foi meu caso. Mas o host resolveu a questão do acesso de maneira rápida e definitiva.

Positiv: Muy amplio, tenía ascensor muy importante para mi, cerca de todo, muy buena la ubicacion. La cocina estaba dotada con todo, tiene jarra calentadora, microondas, tostadoras, muy fácil hacer el Check in
Negativ: La estufa no le Funcionaban bien los quemadores y fue difícil cocinar, solo teníamos un solo ventilador y era verana, así que es un espectro a mejorar

Чудове розташування, гарна ціна - все це робить вдалим вибором цих апартаментів на недовгий строк
Positiv: Чудове розташування, все в піший доступності. Сподобалась чистота апартаментів. Наявність всього для проживання родини з двома дітьми.
Negativ: Можливо я помиляюсь, але площа приміщення мені показалась менше ніж 62м2. Всі вікна на жаль виходять у внутрішній маленький дворик.

Positiv: Il self check-in è stato semplice e molto comodo e la posizione era ottima per visitare il centro di Vienna.
Negativ: La mancanza di bagnoschiuma e shampoo è stata una pecca; I cuscini che in realtà erano delle coperte arrotolate erano molto scomodi.

Positiv: 150m walk from Pilgramgasse. Near to Naschmarkt around 5mins walk. Had early check in very helpful. Love the aprtment design very cozy

Хорошее место, которое, при желании и минимальными вложениями, могло бы стать отличным
Positiv: Достаточно тихо, относительно близко от метро. Есть стиральная машина, фен, утюг, гладильная доска и сушка для белья. Есть вся необходимая кухонная утварь. Удобная система заселения
Negativ: Были неприятные нюансы с постельным бельем при заселении, но вопрос решили оперативно. Вытяжка не работает. Из-под дверцы душа течет вода, кроме как полотенцем вытереть её нечем. Не удобные стулья (особенно для семей с детьми) Чай, кофе, соль, сахар отсутствуют. Если бы вместо капсул для посудомойки (которой нет) положили капсулу для стирки - было бы очень хорошо.
