Alles sehr gut, bitte die Kleinigkeiten verbessern dann sehr sehr gut.
Positiv: Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Lage sehr gut. Das alles IKEA war trübte meine Freude einbisschen, obschon Verständnis habe. Das Raumkonzept war sehr gut, Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler alles dabei .... sehr gut. Es hatte einen Lift. (super klein aber es gibt einen) ist bei vielen anderen im 4. und 5. Bezirk nicht vorhanden. Ein kleiner Balkon war dort mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. War zwar nicht die Jahreszeit aber im Sommer sicher super. (2 hat auch 2 Klimageräte, da eine Dachwohnung)
Negativ: Der Fernseher hatte nur Netflix und keine lokalen Sender. Die Verbedienung (welche teil defekt war) wurde nicht ersetzt obschon diese schon bekannt war. Die Bedienung der Rollos war ziemlich mühsam. Da mann eine Passkopie übers Internet einfordert, war ein ziemlicher Dämpfer. Will mir gar nicht ausmalen wo nun alles schon eine Kopie abgelegt wurde.( nicht beim Vermieter, welcher mir versicherte, dass die daten nach meinem Aufenthalt gelöscht würden) Des Weiteren wurden nicht lokale Telefonnummern angegeben sondern solche von Slovenien und Grossbritanien. Da Guest24 eine grosse Firma ist, ist dieser Prozess für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Zumal ich ein Booking.com account habe. (über Jahre) Falls dies ein Booking. com issue ist dann ist es deren Versäumis.

Positiv: The location is very nice. The apartment was absolutely clean. There's a small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
Negativ: The kitechen is quite small, so its hard to cook in the apartment. There is no freezer, only the fridge.

Positiv: Had everything we needed. Was clean and modern. Nice wee balcony. I liked the no key entry. Had a great stay, thank you.
Negativ: Controller to the electric window shutters was broken so we weren’t able to control them.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a nice place
Positiv: The apartment is really comfortable, clean and beautiful. There's everything necessary. And the location is good - it's around half an hour walk from the center, and the area itself looks nice she has all the necessary infrastructure.

Positiv: The location was perfect. Very close to the metro station and Karlsplaz was 20 mins walk.
Negativ: We had an issue with sink in the bathroom, that wasn't working properly. And the lights in the bathroom were blinking sometimes.

Positiv: The apartment is situated in one of Vienna's most exquisite areas. Apartment's decoration is refreshingly different from the typical hotel room or standard apartment, and I find it much more aesthetically pleasing in this unique style.

Positiv: Appartamento molto ben arredato, dotato di tutti i confort, in posizione centrale vicino alla stazione della metro e a numerosi negozi. Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed ha accolto anche una nostra richiesta di check in anticipato.

Estancia agradable
Positiv: moderno, limpio, cómodo, con balcón, buena ubicación, tranquilo, cerca transporte público, supermercados, comercios.
Negativ: Inodoro lejos de la habitación, no realizan limpieza, faltan almohadas.
