Positiv: Schönes gepflegtes und renoviertes Appartement in einer belebten Straße. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Gute Ausstattung und sehe bequeme Betten. Perfekt für Familien.

Tolles Appartement, als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing

Positiv: Sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Direkt bei der U-Bahnstation der U1. Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt nebenan. Tolles Appartement, um von da aus Wien zu erkunden.

Negativ: Schlüssel zur Eingangstüre funktionierte schlecht. Er wurde zwar sofort ausgewechselt, allerdings blieb das Problem bestehen. Liegt wohl am Schloss.

Wir hatten dort eine schöne Woche

Positiv: Super Anbindung mit der U-Bahn in wenigen Gehminuten direkt in die Innenstadt tolle Lage um Wien zu erkunden. Trotzdem sind die Nächte ruhig und angenehm, solange die Fenster geschlossen bleiben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. In der Küche war alles wichtige da, uns hat nur ein Dosenöffner gefehlt.

Negativ: Die übergabe war äußerst kurz, ohne Informationen. Leider konnten wir so nicht rausfinden, wo wir unseren Verpackungsmüll richtig entsorgen. Im Haus war nur Sammelbehälter für Restmüll und Papier. Das Bad war verkalkt und mit Schimmel.

Positiv: Tolles Appartement - mal abgesehen vom Stiegenhaus - nicht schrecken - aber die Wohnung ist top. Schlüsselübergabe etc. super easy.

Positiv: Direkt an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr gut beheizt. Unkomplizierte Übergabe. Nicht vom Hausflur abschrecken lassen. In der Wohnung ist alles Bestens.

Negativ: Parksituation im 10. Bezirk. Kaum etwas zu finden und alles Kurzparkzone. Kosten für das Parkhaus einplanen.

Positiv: Perfekte Lage gleich bei Straßenbahn und Ubahn, viele Essmöglichkeiten, freundlicher Gastgeber, tolle Wohnung

Positiv: Netter Empfang, sehr sauberes und schönes Appartment, Alles vorhanden! Günstige Parkgarage in de Nähe. Tipp für Sommergäste der Tichy Eissalon ist gleich ums Eck. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Negativ: Zugang zum Appartement durch nicht restaurierten Altbau.

Apartment served its purpose well for this visit to Vienna

Positiv: Location - easy access to public transport into the city centre Lots of space in the apartment Well-heated

Positiv: Great apartment once you get out at Ruemannplatz metro station you are there it is next to DerMann bakers which is also great 4 sandwiches and cakes in the mornings The apartment is inside a secure building on the 2nd floor we were very safe inside 3 locked doors you go up an old set of stairs but once you open the door to the apartment it is very nice airy and perfect so good value you can go in metro station and get UI line right into central vienna can't fault it for value either

Negativ: The area is District 10 it isn't that bad but it's not like central vienna

1A – you really have to visit Vienna!

Positiv: The apartment was in a truly excellent location! Public transport connections were ideal – there's a subway just around the corner, a tram right under the window, and a bus stop just one street away. There’s also an underground parking garage nearby for €12 per day, and no reservation is needed in advance. Thanks to the excellent public transport, we didn’t even need the car during our stay. Next door is a Spar supermarket, and nearby you'll find plenty of kebab stands, a local market, DM, McDonald's, Eissalon Tichy, and even the Amalienbad public pool. In short, it’s a top location! The host also left us laundry detergent, dishwashing supplies, and some basic groceries, so we really had everything we needed.

Negativ: We did miss having a microwave and a freezer, but honestly, with everything so close by, it wasn’t a problem at all.
