Positiv: Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ruhig und um die Ecke zum Reumannplatz (U1, Tichy 😋) Geschirrspüler wäre ein weiteres Plus.

Ordentliches App. in Top-Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, distanzierte Kommunikation
Positiv: Das Appartement ist wirklich hübsch eingerichtet, gut aufgeteilt und war sehr gepflegt. Ideal ist die Lage ganz nah am Reumannplatz mit vielen Läden, Cafés und dem empfehlenswerten Viktor-Adler-Markt. Top: die Nähe zur U-Bahn Linie 1 und der inkludierte Tiefgaragenstellplatz nebenan. Sehr ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Negativ: Also in Sachen Einrichtung wäre ein kleiner Geschirrspüler und etwas mehr Geschirr (z. B. tiefe Teller) noch top. Angesichts der sehr sauberen Wohnung fiel der nicht ganz so gepflegte kleine Balkon etwas ab. Die Kommunikation war zuverlässig und erfolgte meistens zeitnah. Sie war aber sehr automatisiert, unpersönlich und distanziert. Subjektiv formuliert: Es wirkte eher wie eine Abfertigung. Wer nicht das typische Gastgeber-Gast-Erlebnis sucht ist dort aber in jedem Fall gut aufgehoben.

Positiv: Das Apartment war perfekt für meinen Aufenthalt in Wien. Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn-Station ist unschlagbar – in wenigen Minuten ist man im Stadtzentrum. Besonders praktisch fand ich auch den Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sodass ich mein Auto sicher und bequem parken konnte. Die Einrichtung ist modern, stilvoll und sehr geschmackvoll – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Ich werde dieses Apartment bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Wien auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Positiv: Ich hatte das Glück, in diesem komplett neuen Apartment in Wien zu übernachten – und es war einfach fantastisch! Das Apartment ist modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bietet eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Alles wirkt sehr hochwertig und durchdacht. Besonders gefallen hat mir das elegante Design und die makellose Sauberkeit. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt: Wir konnten die hauseigene Garage kostenlos nutzen – sehr praktisch in Wien. Außerdem liegt die U-Bahnlinie U1 nur etwa 150 Meter entfernt. So waren wir in nur 10 Minuten ohne Umsteigen direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Lage ist dadurch perfekt: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig bestens angebunden. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die in Wien ein stilvolles, komfortables und hervorragend gelegenes Apartment suchen!

Great value for money! Perfect choice - 10/10.
Positiv: Location is perfect, next to the U1 metro station. Hosts are great, the instructions were clear and detailed. Everything went smoothly! The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy.

Positiv: Bright, clean, comfortable, equiped with everyting we needed, easy check-in and check-out, easy to find, tram and underground nearby, and what we valued the most is the free parking space in the parking garage close by. Smooth communication with Neomi and Alex.

Great apartment, but AC could not be regulated.
Positiv: Apartment is great. Modern, clean, new. Location is nice, not far from downtown. A lot of shops near, main train station also close to the apartment. Included parking spot is few minutes from the flat, which adds a good value.
Negativ: We were there at january, and heating in the apartment was not warm enough for us. Temperature difference between bedroom and dining room was significante, and it was not possible to adjust the aircondition. We asked for three additional blankets, for each of us, but we were given only one. In the description it was stated on several places that there is oven ( besides microwave oven) but there is not.

Positiv: We stayed as a family and had a very good experience. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and a baby cot was provided for our baby, which was very helpful. Parking was available two blocks away and was very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
