Für einen Wochenaufenthalt in Wien ideal .. wenn man in Wien viel sehen will und dafür die U-Bahn nutzt.
Positiv: Sehr sauber, geräumig, ruhige Umgebung, Liegekomfort in den Betten, kurzer Weg zur U-Bahn, kurzer Weg zum Discounter, Speiselokale in der Nähe, Gute Online-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Englisch (Standard) und Deutsch)
Negativ: Auseinander stehende Betten mit unterschiedlich hohen Matratzen, fehlende Information über die Bedienung des Fernsehens, leichte Geruchsbildung aus dem Abfluss der Dusche ( War nach kurzer Betätigung der Brause verschwunden )

Positiv: Ordentlich, sauber und gut gelegen. Alles da, was man braucht und sehr unkomplizierter CheckIn. Ich bin zufrieden! :)
Negativ: Obwohl ich klein bin, war die Dusche schon ziemlich eng für mich, aber für ein paar Tage alles machbar.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit top Anbingung aber ein paar Makel bei der Sauberheit
Positiv: Lage ist sehr gut angebunden und Appartement bietet viel Platz mit allen benötigten Utensilien. Betten & Schlafsofa sind auch sehr angenehm
Negativ: Stellenweise war es sichtlich krümelig und staubig. Der Zugang quasi durch die Restaurantküche ist auch etwas extra, man riecht das Lokal häufig bis in den Flur, allerdings hatten wir keine störenden Gerüche im Zimmer

More than enough, comfortable, good help
Positiv: The location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to both the metro and tram stations, so you can reach the city center and main tourist areas within 15 minutes very easily. The place was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were clean and of good quality. There were also useful amenities like soap, shampoo, and even laundry detergent, which made the stay more convenient. Thank you!
Negativ: It would also be helpful if the Wi-Fi connection instructions were clearly visible, perhaps on a small card in the room. This could be especially useful for older guests. One day, as I was feeling quite cold, I asked for an extra coffee and was willing to pay for it, but unfortunately it wasn’t provided. I think having such options available would improve the experience. The room was a bit cold, and I couldn’t quite figure out how the heating system worked. However, since there were two duvets and I was staying alone, I managed by using both and didn’t have any major issues.

Safe choice, no mistake
Positiv: The deal was easy, the initial information was respected. The accommodation is clean and tidy. It is located in an excellent location (just a few tens of meters away from the metro station U1) in a nice and pleasant neighborhood. The door has an excellent and simple security system, so losing the key is not an option. Well worth the money paid and I would definitely choose the same accommodation again, all in all a very positive experience and highly recommended.
Negativ: The shower cabin is not very spacious, so it was somewhat difficult for me to get in and out of it.
