Positiv: Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung und wie auf booking.com beschrieben. Keine unguten Überraschungen. Sie ist sauber und leise. Nur 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn

Negativ: Das Waschbecken im Bad war leicht verstopft. Es gibt keine Komode oder Kasten für die Kleidung. Kochgeräte und Geschirr sind zwar ausreichend aber spärlich. In der Wohnung könnten 6 Leute schlafen; wenn für die alle gekocht werden soll, dann geht sich das mit den kleinen Töpfen nicht aus.

Sehr günstiges Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Alles Top !

Positiv: Alles perfekt, waren schon das Dritte mal in dem Appartement, für uns alles top. Gepäck abstellen schon vor dem Einchecken möglich, sehr unkomplizierter Check In mit Schlüsselkasten, 2 Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer mit grossem Bett. Mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden. 3 min Fussweg zur U1 Reumannplatz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war groß, geräumig, sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und antwortete schnell auf meine Fragen.

Negativ: Diese Gegend war nicht so ganz schön, es wirkte aber trotzdem nicht gefährlich.

Positiv: Lage, einfacher kontaktloser Check in, Ausstattung des Apartments, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht

Negativ: Etwas komischer Geruch im Bad

Alles sehr gut gepasst, wir kommen wieder.

Positiv: Alles bestens, komplett unkomplizierter Check In, Preis-Leistung - Top, alles Sauber und sehr netter und sympatischer Kontakt mit Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Positiv: Very nice small apartment with all needed facilities in it. Nice location with public parking in front of a building and near (walk able) metro station. We were 5 adults and was pretty comfortable for one night sleepover. Very reasonable price and easy access into building and apartment with self check-in.

Positiv: Very easy check-in, big apartment (with 3 large and confortable beds). A big parking lot is nearby, with decent pricing. We paid 12 euros for 12-13 hours of parking. Also, there are good locals nearby (ice-cream, food, etc).

Negativ: The location looked a little bit dangerous, especially during evening. We got at the apartment at about 10PM and there were a lot of suspicious people in the neighbourhood and we felt a little bit unsafe, especially because we were with 2 small kids. However, nothing happened and everything was OK in the end. During the day, all gets to normal.

Positiv: Spacious appartment with comfortable beds, has everything you need during your stay.

Negativ: Some towells were little bit smelly, but not all.

a one-week vacation

Positiv: We liked the location and the apartment on the 3rd floor, as it was spacious and warm, with two bedrooms and a large bed in the living room, as well as a big table with six chairs. I also appreciated the promptness in trying to resolve any issues that arose.

Negativ: There are a few details that need to be addressed... Unfortunately, the washing machine is not in the apartment but located elsewhere. In the apartment, there is a clothes dryer that could use some cleaning. What I want to emphasize is that small details make a difference, and I had somewhat different expectations. That’s why I’m giving a fairly high rating, as there is room to improve the quality of services. Now, I will list what I noticed upon check-in: Mold around the bathroom sink Hanging electrical cables from both the bathroom spotlights and the TV Bathroom ventilation system full of dust Missing washing machine Found the microwave dirty (I left it as I found it) Oven tray that should be thrown away Dust behind the beds Dirty windows Missing wardrobe Missing pillowcases and bed linen for the second bedroom The stovetop should be checked as it is not functioning properly.

Positiv: I was able to stay comfortably, and it was nice to have a parking lot near the apartment.
