Ansonsten war alles großartig. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Positiv: Wir haben 2 Nächte im Cozy-5-Person Apartment in Vienna 5 (24.–26. Dezember) verbracht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Positiv: \t1.\tLage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, mit Geschäften und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nähe. \t2.\tGeräumigkeit. Der Wohnraum ist großzügig, und wir hatten genug Platz für die ganze Familie. \t3.\tSauberkeit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.

Negativ: Parkmöglichkeiten. Es war schwierig, besonders abends, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Good value for money accommodation

Positiv: Good value for money accommodation. The room was clean. Close to the U1 metro, so everything is quickly and easily accessible. This was important for us and we were very satisfied with the accommodation. There is a supermarket nearby. The communication with the owner was very fast and operative. The accommodation is ideal for a family with children. If you do not expect luxury for this price, the accommodation is perfectly suitable for a 2-3 days stay in Vienna. Therefore I do not understand the many low rating. What do you want for that money? If you want simple, clean accommodation with good public transport and don't mind that the bathroom is small and not new, but clean, then I recommend it. We will definitely come back.

Negativ: We received the apartment that was occupied by another person but after 5 minutes received another one ;)

Great value for the price!

Positiv: Definitely a great value for the money. I stayed 1 night with my mom and dad and everything was fine. Looks exactly as in the photos. It was clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Tram station is nearby so it's convenient to get around. I would recommend it if you're looking for a private room in Vienna for a reasonable price.

Negativ: The door was a little bit difficult to open and makes a bit of noise since it gets stuck at one part where the floor is elevated. Not much of a problem that would significantly influence our stay but fixing it might be a good idea.

Positiv: Un bon rapport qualité prix, la proximité du métro qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Vienne en 15min. Appartement propre et suffisamment confortable pour un court séjour.

Negativ: Le quartier est plus que moyen, surtout le soir sa fréquentation n'est pas formidable. A déconseillé pour des femmes seules.

Perfecta, ideal para ir con pareja. Muy muy buena atención del encargad@.

Positiv: Nos avisaron por whasup de que nos cambiaban el apartamento a uno mejor y además que estaba listo para entrar tres horas antes de la hora del checking (que era a las 15:00) El que nos dieron tenía la cocina separada de la habitación. Era muy espacioso y tenía de todo. Nos dejaron unas golosinas en la almohada. La cafetera era Tassimo y nos dejaron tres cápsulas de café. Nos encantan esos pequeños detalles. Tiene tostadora, lavavajillas, microondas, etc…. Almohadas y camadas cómodas. Temperatura perfecta. La ducha perfecta. No se puede pedir más. Muy buen trato y muy buenas instalaciones. Muy cerca de la línea U1 de metro que te lleva al centro de Viena. Muy cerca de uno de los mercados más baratos de la ciudad y de calidad. Bastante bien aislado e insonorizado. Aunque la calle era muy tranquila también

Calidad - Precio matching!

Positiv: Calidad precio bien. La ubicación cerca del transporte público y de una pequeña peatonal comercial. Tenía todo lo necesario para una corta estadía.

Negativ: Nada grave, pero por ejemplo no tenia abridor de botellas y también podrían incluir toalla pequeña para el baño.
