Möblierte Wohnung + Parkplatz und Terrasse

Perfekt für unseren Urlaub

Positiv: Sehr ruhig gelegen, Bushalte um die Ecke, gute Anbindung in Innenstadt/Bahnhof, mit Parkgarage (Achtung Beschreibung lesen: nur geeignet für kleinere Fahrzeugtypen) einfache Handhabung, man bekommt Anleitungen geschickt, hatten nur Probleme mit Fernseher-war nix eingestellt und auf Nachfrage schnell geantwortet (RTL, Sat1 und Co. waren aber verschlüsselt, haben eher ORF geschaut), mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Man ist von hier aus in ca 1-11/2 Std in Tschechien, Slowakei, Ungarn oder in den Bergen (Auto oder Bahn)

Negativ: Vielleicht etwas mehr Küchenausstattung (Teller z. B. haben deshalb auch Spülmaschine nicht benötigt) und mehr Klopapier wär nicht schlecht, wenn man über ne Woche da ist

Erholsam. Entspannt. Gerne wieder.

Positiv: Lage war super in Nähe von Bus und Tram. Wir haben alle unsere Ziele entspannt erreicht.

Negativ: Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Durch mangelnde Kommunikation und das Garagenproblem war die Freude an der schönen Wohnung leider sehr getrübt. Würden t

Positiv: Die Einrichtung war sehr neu , sauber und hochwertig, es war -fast- alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, auch die Goodies wie Kaffeekapseln und Hausschuhe waren sehr schön

Negativ: Kommunikation ! Deutsche in Österreich werden, wenn überhaupt in Englisch kommuniziert. Was ist, wenn wir kein Englisch verstehen in Österreich?? Die Garage konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil wir ein SUV haben. Das war aber der Hauptgrund unserer Buchung in Wien ! Seitens des Managements war es nicht hilfreich. Unnötiger Stress! Dieser Fakt wird nicht genug hervorgehoben. Wir sind ja nicht die einzigen Gäste, die ein SUV besitzen.

Positiv: Sehr schön und sauber garage hat man auch also nichts auszusetzten

Lovely big modern apartment in excellent location for public transport. Private parking garage. Would stay again 👍

Positiv: Excellent location. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Very big apartment with beautiful outdoor terrace. Host was brilliant, the air con unit broke and they sent someone out on a Sunday to fix. Private parking garage perfect for our bikes

Negativ: Nothing at all

Positiv: Good location and easy connection with city center from bus station around the corner, big terace, free parking, air conditioner, spacious apartment, comfortable bed.

Negativ: Cleaning is superficial: glasses not clean, spider webs on walls, dust rolls on the floor came out after windous were open, terace needs serious weeding, windous could be cleaner to enjoy the view. What was especialy unpleasant - constant cigarette smoke inside toilet and bathroom We got used to that, but its not nice. Clearly many inhabitants do not follow rule of forbiden smoking inside the building. Important note - catefully read instructions of magic emergency switch next to doors. We were totaly cut of water first evening. The phone given to call is AI not a real person, and spoke mix of english and german that was frustrating when trying to figure out emergency issue. Washing machine is in the basement, not in the flat. Thats not an issue but could be mentioned in info, also no iron nor washing powder. We think to add these would be a bonus to overall home stay feel.

Nice apartment with terrace!

Positiv: Nice terrace,free parking for our car (Volkswagen 6 golf).Not suitable for SUV pay attention for details for higher!!!Front is a good pizza restaurant and after 1 minutes walking is a good restaurant and cheep . Supermarket at few minutes walking.Inside on the room all what you need.

Negativ: The sofa must be change.

Positiv: The location is absolutely gorgeous. Located in a quiet area. It's easy to reach and find. With everything you need as utilities. It's a very comfy location. The cleanliness is impeccable. The terrace is large. And the most convenient and simple thing was that we were able to leave the car in the garage during our stay. Because we only traveled by public transport through the city. The bus stop is just around the corner. Everything was perfect.

Positiv: The location is clean , full equipped whith what you need, quiet.

Negativ: That the little kitchen don’t has a much powerful ventilation for the smoke when you cook and the fire alarm is on very easily.

Positiv: It looks amazing: clean, modern, easy to reach by uber and public transportation.

Negativ: We booked for 4 people but everything besides the bedsheets was for 2. Bathroom kits, nespresso coffee... don't get me wrong, I appreciate getting anything at all, but it would have been nice if it would be taken into account.
