Möbliertes Apartment mit Terrasse

Positiv: The apartment is nice, clean. Everything you need is there. Convenient location. There is a bus stop nearby. Large supermarkets are nearby. There are washers and dryers on floor -1 Strong signal WIFI

Negativ: When we booked the apartment we did not notice that the apartment has a sofa instead of a bed. It was uncomfortable.

A preaty modern apartment but cleanliness lacks attention

Positiv: The apparentme is modern, nice well-equipped. The balcony makes it even better and convenience.

Negativ: It's a pity that the staff at the place is willing to forgo a little extra effort regarding cleanliness, which would make such a place perfect. Upon my arrival, the floor was somewhat dirty, something I overlooked, but the sheet on the bed was also dirty with hair. After contacting the hosting team, I was provided with a replacement sheet along with an extra bathroom mat I requested. It was fine, but I would have preferred not to encounter a dirty sheet and at least not have to change it myself. Later, I found two spiders on the walls. I contacted the staff and received a response that avoided responsibility. After mentioning the relatively high price, they sent a worker who killed the spiders with a broom. At the same time, they sent me a message trying to convey that the spiders were not their responsibility and that since I received a discount (which is true, but the price is still high even after the discount), I am not in a position to request a spider-free apartment. Moreover, the bed creaks a little.

Great place. Just as advertised. Will always try and stay here when Im in Vienna.

Positiv: My 2nd stay. Amazing. Mato will go beyond if you need anything.

Positiv: Apartament bardzo komfortowy, przyjazny i przytulny.

Negativ: Poza skrzypciącym łóżkiem i rozładowanymi bateriami do pilota od telewizora wszystko dobrze.

В целом понравилось.

Positiv: Свежий ремонт, всё как на фото, тихий район, автобусная остановка за углом. Недалеко Lidl и Interspar. В целом пребывание комфортнее, но можно доработать. Крышки для скородок не хватает и плоской лопатки для готовки. Заменить нож для овощей, неудобный и почти сломано деревянное крепление. Так же не хватает подставки для зубных щёток, вешалки для полотенец, сушилки для вещей.

Negativ: Не было утюга. Сетки на окна нужны, а то все тараканы, осы и мухи были в квартире. На полу на кухне были прилипшие тёмные пятна, в углах чужие тёмные волосы(я блондинка). На улице старые засохшие листья и к искусственному газону прилип размокший ватный диск. Матрас на раскладном диване сильно скрипит и дико неудобный. Ощущение будто на надувном матрасе спишь, всё время оба скатывались в середину.

Negativ: Le canapé lit grince trop dès qu'on bouge, la terrasse était pas propre
