SYMPHONY Apartments 38 - Modern Loft with Terrace and Grill in Central Location

Positiv: Sehr sauber, alles wie beschrieben, sehr guter Kontakt und früherer check in möglich, unkompliziert, vielen herzlichen Dank

Negativ: TV war nicht installiert, keine Sender auffindbar, Kabel falsch eingesteckt, frühere Gäste dürften ein Chaos verursacht haben. Kleine Ausbesserungsarbeiten an den Wänden wären nett.

Familienausflug nach Wien

Positiv: Schönes modernes, sauberes Appartement mit Dachterasse. Es war alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Gute Betten und Klimaanlage. Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Negativ: Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Damit fiel auch das TV aus. Housekeeping war nicht in der Lage das Problem zu lösen

Positiv: Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter und den Gästen war Top! Ich habe immer zeitnahe Antworten auf meine Fragen bekommen. Super organisiert, der Vermieter hat vor der Ankunft an alles gedacht und uns alle Informationen gegeben die wir gebraucht haben. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Apartment!

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Apartment in einer relative zentralen Lage.

Positiv: Sehr schön eingerichtet und auf dem neuesten Stand. Tolle Lage.

Negativ: Die Heizung war etwas zu warm eingestellt, ist jedoch ein persönliches Empfinden.

Es war sehr schön, SPAR, BILA, Bäcker und Restaurants gleich vor der Tür. Alles bestens

Positiv: Schönes Appartement mit toller Dachterrasse und Klimaanlage. Alles neu und sauber. Nicht weit vom Zentrum und sehr nette Leute im Haus und außerhalb.

Negativ: Im WC und Bad sollten Handtuchhalter angebracht werden. Ein großer Spiegel in der Diele wäre noch gut. Es fehlt etwas wo man Hemden, Anzüge und Kleider aufhängen kann.

A beautiful cozy apartment with amazing views.

Positiv: Such a beautiful and spacious apartment, it was perfect for our group of 4. We were happy to be greeted by some candy and a bottle of bubble. The views were also fantastic.

Negativ: Everything was nice, maybe could have some paper towels in the kitchen.

Positiv: We had a fantastic 8-night stay at Symphony Apartments 38 in Vienna. The apartment has great potential, it's modern, spacious, and situated in a convenient location. It's close to public transport, making it easy to get around, and only about 15 minutes away from the city center, which was perfect for exploring. The owner was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any questions or issues, which we really appreciated during our stay.

Positiv: The location is great, you have shops and restaurants in the street, a quiet area, well connected to the rest of the city. The apartment is renovated, bright and pleasant. ❤️

Perfect Modern Stay in Vienna

Positiv: Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, modern and extremely comfortable for our family of five. There was plenty of space, two bedrooms (a big bonus!), and a beautiful terrace. The apartment was fully equipped with all amenities, including glasses, clean linen, towels and everything we needed. We really appreciated the very warm welcome with chocolates and drinks :) The location is great—close to a bakery, markets and public transportation, making it easy to reach the city center. The apartment was warm and cozy, key collection was very easy and the host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Early check-in was offered and highly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Base agréable et facile d’accès pour visiter Vienne

Positiv: L’appartement est propre et confortable. Espace salon bien aménagé. Climatisation dans tout l’appartement Terrasse agréable et bien équipée. La Localisation n’est pas centrale mais les transports en commun sont très proches et très réguliers (c’est un formidable atout pour la ville) donc il est très facile de se rendre n’importe où rapidement. Deux petits supermarchés au pied de l’immeuble.

Negativ: Absence de rideaux sur la plupart des velux. Rue un peu bruyante la nuit quand on ouvre les fenêtres. Le parasol de la terrasse n’est pas utilisable.
