Convenient, clean, well-equipped, reasonably priced flat in a safe, quiet & central location.

Positiv: Excellent location: a very pleasant 15min walk to the centre, in a nice & quiet neighbourhood with mini markets and restaurants and a 2 min walk to the metro. Ideal for a family stay, kids were delighted with the beds and their own room. Well-equipped flat covering all everyday basics (fridge, microwave, extra papers & garbage bags, cleaning equipment). Convenient space: as we spent few hours in the apartment (mostly resting, getting ready and sleeping) the space was more than enough for us, with sufficient storage for all our clothes and luggage. Clean and comfortable bathroom with hot water all the time. I really recommend the apartment for families that want to have a cost-effective, fully satisfactory, spare-me-the-fancy-crap stay in Vienna. Last, but certainly not least, the friendly, helpful and to-the-point communication with the host, who was kind enough to let us use the apartment even after the check-out time. Thank you!

Positiv: Excelente ubicación. Apartamento bien conservado y limpio, un poco estrecho para 5 personas pero solo hemos estado para dormir, ducharnos y desayunar porque lo que nos interesaba era visitar la ciudad. Está situado a unos cuantos metros de una parada de metro con muy buenas conexiones.

Negativ: Un poco estrecho para 5 personas y las camas y almohadas eran un poco incomodas, pero muy bien todo.

Positiv: Dobili smo detaljna uputstva od vlasnika apartmana koja je bila vrlo lako pratiti. Jako su bili ljubaznini dostupni. Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji jako blizu stanica metroa i tramvaja. Posteljina je bila čista i imalo je svega što je bilo neophodno za kratak boravak.

Negativ: Jastuci su bili pretanki za nas ukus, tanki kao papir i dušeci premekani. Bilo je paučine u uglovima plafona i posudje je bilo jako prasnjavo.

Positiv: Хорошее расположение территориально , в одной спальне все новые и удобные матрасы, в кухне всё есть, нашей семье из 5 человек очень понравилось.

Negativ: Во второй спальне там где одна двухспальная кровать, лучше было бы заменить матрас.

Positiv: La vicinanza alla metro, veramente comodissima. Le stoviglie, c'era tutto il necessario, anche per sette persone! La doccia era grande, il resto del bagno andava bene, c'era anche la lavatrice che però non abbiamo provato.

Negativ: Il divano letto del soggiorno aveva polvere. Il tavolo, ma è comunque fattibile mangiare in sette se non si è troppo grandi.

Positiv: Супер близо до метрото има всичко нужно , много добра локация .Любезен домакин. Very good location 1 min. walk from the metro station ,has everything necassary.

Negativ: Има нужда от по-удобни възглавници и по-добра хигиена . Need .a better pillows and a little more cleaner.
