Family Apartment

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sauber, gemütlich und gut gelegen: Geschäfte, Cafés und das Stadtzentrum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für Spaziergänge. In der Nähe gibt es eine Tiefgarage (kostenpflichtig). Die Wohnung ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über ein großes Zimmer mit zwei breiten Betten und einer offenen Küche sowie ein kleines Zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche könnte aber etwas besser ausgestattet sein, die wichtigsten Dinge sind jedoch vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Als wir ankamen, fehlte zunächst das Bettzeug für die fünfte Person. Trotz der späten Stunde wurde das Problem sofort gelöst, was wir besonders positiv hervorheben möchten.

Negativ: Wichtig für Gäste mit deutschen Kennzeichen: Die nächstgelegene Tiefgarage zur Wohnung funktionierte bei uns zunächst nicht, da das System deutsche Nummernschilder nicht richtig erkannte. Um wieder in die Garage zu gelangen, muss man normalerweise einen QR-Code scannen und die Nummer seines Autos eingeben. Glücklicherweise war noch jemand in der Garage, der die Tür öffnen konnte – sonst hätten wir lange warten müssen, bis ein Bewohner herauskam, da der Support der Garage trotz mehr als einer Stunde Anrufen nicht erreichbar war. Letztendlich haben wir eine andere Tiefgarage in der Nähe genutzt. Dies sollte die Wahl der Wohnung nicht beeinflussen – das Problem lag nicht an der Wohnung, sondern bei der Firma, die für die Garage zuständig ist.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber, alles da was man braucht, Einchecken problemlos! Sehr Zentral gelegen!

Positiv: Very handy to metro. Had ac very nice it was hot. A washing machine was great. Paid parking only. Beds were good.

Negativ: We got in very late and struggled with finding the key.

Evrything is 💯

Positiv: The apartment is very spacious, clean, kitchen with dishwasher 👏, easy from the airport by train to the accommodation, close to the metro, shops, - top location.

Positiv: Clean. Two large comfortable beds + sofa. Dishwasher, stove, everything you need in the kitchen. Everything you need in the toilet and shower. Everything works . Everything is new and clean. Finding the keys according to the instructions is a small quest. But simple and even fun. You just don't expect that the key box is hidden on the bike. 😁 Close to the center on foot if you want to walk. If not - the metro is 5 minutes walk away. Quiet and safe. Absolutely worth the money.

A pleasant stay

Positiv: The location. Quite area. Nearby paid parking building.

Negativ: No private free parking. No complimentary daily cleaning.

Positiv: Great location, nice appartment, fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine available - but bring your own coffee capsules;) Walking distance to Prater, shops and restaurants around, great connection to underground.
