Ein toller Aufenthalt- sauber, gute Lage, Auto gut geparkt
Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut - in nur wenigen Minuten ist man in der City. Wir haben Räder am Stand gegenüber von der Unterkunft ausgeliehen und haben damit Wien besichtigt. Unser Auto parkte in einem Parkhaus ebenso gegenüber von der Unterkunft. 11 eu/24 Std. Das Appartement war sauber, es war alles vorhanden (Handtücher, Seifen, Fön … und auch die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Die Möblierung ist modern und sauber. Das Bad ist schick mit großer Dusche mit Glasabtrennung. WC separat. Es ist sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Negativ: Da gibt es nichts.

Super gut
Positiv: War alles sehr schön und es war alles da, was man so benötigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Es fehlte eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten und für Teetrinker eine gescheite Teekanne.
Negativ: Da fällt mir nur die fehlende Teekanne ein :-)

Sehr schönes gemütliches Altbau-Appartement in zentraler Lage
Positiv: Sehr schönes Appartement, Altbau, schön eingerichtet. Neu renoviertes Bad / Toiltette. Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist recht zentral, U-Bahn in der Nähe, man ist damit gleich in der Innenstadt. Parken kann man gegenüber in der Parkgarage. In der Nähe sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Geeignet für Workation, es gibt sogar zwei getrennte Arbeitsplätze (in Wohnzimmer und Küche). Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.
Negativ: Das Internet war zu schwach für paralleles Arbeiten mit Telefonkonferenzen, es reichte nur für eine Person. Die Möbel (v.a. die Schränke) sind etwas billig, nicht ganz stabil. In der Küche war leider kein Wasserkocher.

Ankommen und genießen!
Positiv: Großzügige Räume, schöne und originelle Möblierung, voll ausgestattete Küche. Sehr ruhige, aber zentrale Lage - 2 U-Bahnstationen bis zum Stephansdom. Breit gefächertes Angebot an Restaurants in der Nähe.
Negativ: Alles hat gefallen!

The apartment is a perfect base from which to explore Vienna. Highly recommended.
Positiv: The apartment is stylish, spacious and quiet. Close to metro stops, a short distance by train to the centre and walking distance from some good restaurants and supermarkets. The owner was very responsive and helpful, and kindly allowed us to leave the apartment after check-out time on our departure day due to a late flight.
Negativ: A microwave in the kitchen would be helpful, but not a major factor

We felt our stay was very nice. If the apartment were to be available, we would stay here again.
Positiv: We liked the location of the apartment. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery store options. The U bahn was literally 2 minutes from the apartment, and if we chose to walk, the city center was only 10 minutes walking distance. So, I rate the apartment excellent mostly because of its location. With that, though, is the apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable.
Negativ: I think we only wished there might be more television channels to choose from. But, this is only important in the evenings or down time. Because we were there for vacation, we spent most of our time sight seeing.
