Positiv: Das Zimmer, Bad und Betten waren top, Kühlschrank war ebenfalls vorhanden, Lage sehr zentral und direkt in der Nähe der U-Bahn Netter Empfang, unkompliziert

Negativ: Leider hat es warum auch immer bei der Rückkehr immer im Zimmer nach abgestandenem Wasser/Siphon gerochen, Kühlschrank war etwas laut

Positiv: Super schnelle Anbindung in die City. Angenehm leise im Hinterhof gelegen

Lovely city break in Vienna

Positiv: The location was great, the owner very friendly, the space was clean and nice. It was comfortable to stay in the room.

Negativ: The walls seem thin, sometimes you could hear through them.

A very convenient apartment on a great location.

Positiv: The building is located less than 100 meters from a U-bahn (underground) station. There are some cafes, shops and a supermarket in the building's proximity. The room we stayed in is very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is very quiet. Over the nights there were absolutely no noise or voices coming from the outside or from the neighboring rooms. And a very important thing - the shower cabin was fully functional and there was no water leaking out of it and flooding the bathroom floor. I was so happy to finally stay in an apartment with a fully functional shower cabin. :)

Negativ: It could be useful if there were a plastic trash bin in the main room, not only in the bathroom. Also, it would be more convenient if a guest didn't have to use four keys and to pass through five doors to reach the apartment, but I know that it's not possible to change.

Cute and clean apartment in Vienna

Positiv: Very good location, around a 20 minute walk to the centre (we also got Ubers back late in the evening for around £8 - £12). There's supermarkets opposite and a cute cafe on the corner and a metro station close. Bed was comfy, bathroom was a good size. It was very clean and the radiator heated up quickly! ( Needed in November :)) There was a few different keys to get in the doors but we liked this as it felt safe. Area felt very safe too. The communication via booking.com was very good and they responded very quickly. :)

Negativ: There was one evening where there was a lot of noise and loud talking in the hallway and apartment next to us but I think someone may have got locked out?! They didn't bother us anyway. The sink was aesthetically nice but it's shape a bit awkward to wash your face in. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Positiv: Great location. It's completely renovated, everything is new.

Negativ: Very noisy. You can feel a weird smell (probably from a sewage) it's unpleasant.

Cozy, compfotable, clean, best location, kind and helpful staff

Positiv: Nice, cozy, comfortable, clean apt . Best location to visit Vienna . The neighborhood is lively and safe with a super easy access to the public transportation ( same block). Plus, restaurants in the area are nice and out of the tourist track which is a plus (less expensive and more part of the daily Vienna people life). The apt is perfect for two people, simple but clean and furnished . The staff was very helpful and kind . Highly recommended to visit Vienna

Negativ: The plug for the coffee machine was not easy to plug in . Had to move the coffee machine in another plug. Not a big deal.

Outstanding

Positiv: It is located very close to the metro station. There are supermarket near across from the street. Easy access to the city center 10 minutes by walk. But you need to use 4 keys to get to the room. It is not easy when it gets dark.

Perfect place to stay in Vienna, close to subway line 1 and very clean.

Positiv: The location was great, near to the subway line 1. Moreover the apartment was clean and it was nice that there was a coffee machine!

Negativ: The central hall to the apartment was dark in evening, the light switches did not work that great.

Positiv: Really good location,with easy access to public transport including train to the airport. Staff met us at the property and were helpful and friendly

Negativ: Had to complete a registration form online but only able to open it on a computer - not mobile friendly which is not easy when you are travelling .
