Für einen Kurztrip war dieses Appartement perfekt.
Positiv: Gefallen hat uns, dass wir direkt vor dem Eingang einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Ein Supermarkt war gleich um die Ecke. Das Appartement war gut und modern ausgestattet. Die U-Bahn war ca. 500 m zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung waren einige Parks, die zum Spazieren einluden.

Sehr gemütliches Appartement
Positiv: Gemütlich und sauber, voll ausgestattete Küche, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Öffi in Umgebung. Für einen kurz Trip nach Wien sehr zu empfehlen.

Positiv: the apartment generally came as described. location was great, super close to everything you need. apartment is very sleek and modern. the bed and bathroom were perfect!
Negativ: - asked multiple times for the possibility of an earlier check-in. all messages sent by the host were super robotic and pre-written (not bad by any means but please just reply to your texts next time) - expected a balcony view according to the listing, instead our apartment was based in the lower ground floor and had a view of a staircase and the next door apartment's window - a very small fly bothered us throughout our entire stay, not sure where it came from - kitchen soap dispenser was disgusting and we didn't want to use it at all, also a mug was still dirty before we used it

Positiv: We liked that there were a lot of things, e.g., a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, clothes steamer, but also dishwashing gel, laundry capsules, some biscoff cookies and many more! It made the stay much more enjoyable because we didn't have to worry about these things and having to buy them and thus could focus on the trip itself! Overall this apartment felt really cosy and comfy - after all day of walking around Vienna we were more than happy to come back there to take some rest before the next day. We highly recommend this apartment!

Correct studio, facilities as described/on picture
Positiv: Studio as described, correctly priced. Located in a friendly and descent area, a bit away from the centre of Vienna (but great if you need to be there). Good and clean bathroom. Good matrass!
Negativ: Had an issue with the code to enter the flat, which did not work, but arranged it quite flexibly with the host through the booking.com chat.

Positiv: Perfect location that is 2 min from the tram stop with great restaurants and cafes in the suburb. The room isn't huge, but it is definitely cozy and clean. There's a washing machine and air conditioning in the suite too. It's a great deal among the outrageously expensive hotels anywhere near downtown Vienna.
Negativ: The suite is on the semi-basement.

Great location. Comfortable and well equipped apartment.
Positiv: Great apartment. Fabulous location near a tram & bus stop, great Italian restaurant and a supermarket. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Well equipped kitchen. Useful hairdryer and clothes steamer.

Enjoyable Stay.
Positiv: The apartment was extremely clean. Location had several bus/tram routes into the city centre. Host was lovely and left a bottle of bubbles at the door for New Year.
Negativ: The bed is a little small but still comfortable. There is no curtain which limits privacy especially at night with the light on.

Positiv: Nice studio, very clean, comfortable bed. Check in was very easy, good communication with the owner. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Good links to the city center but it takes a bit too long to get to the city center especially because there are two U bahn lines were still closed
Negativ: The studio is situated is the basement of the building which makes it a little dark, although there is a glass door facing to a inner courtyard. This is shared very closely with another apartments. Because of that and the thin curtain there is a lack of intimacy.
