Positiv: Modern, funktional ausgestattet und gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Negativ: Grundsätzlich nichts zu bemängeln. Organisatorisch war es leider nicht möglich eine getrennte Rechnung zu erhalten, was in meinem Fall wichtig gewesen wäre.

Die Wohnung bietet alles, um Wien einige Tage lang zu erleben.
Positiv: Der digitale Check-in verlief reibungslos, in der Nähe eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle die mit Umstieg eine gute Anbindung an das Zentrum ermöglicht, das Bett war bequem, die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet, die Dusche geräumig, die Wohnung nett eingerichtet.
Negativ: Vor Ort gab es für uns Schwierigkeiten bei der Übermittlung von Informationen mittels Handy sowie mit der Zahlung der Ortstaxe, da die Kommunikation nur über Booking.com möglich war. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng und zur Küche hin offen, im Schlafzimmer und an der Tür gibt es nur Vorhänge zum abdunkeln. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad waren begrenzt.

Positiv: A lovely, clean, well-furnished and comfortable appartment at a quiet location. Convenient to have a washing machine and a dishwasher in the appartment! Good, clear and easy access instructions and great to have sensor lights in entrance and stairways. The appartment is a little way from the city centre, but is certainly a walkable distance and the tram/bus services are good and operate at regular intervals.
Negativ: The appartment has no air-conditioning and was a bit warm during the hot summer days when we stayed there, but the portable electric fan helped considerably. Not really considered a dislike as such, but merely an observation.

Positiv: The room was lovely, clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped, including a washing machine, which was a great convenience. The host was very friendly and responsive, and helped me promptly with an issue I had upon arrival. The location is also quite practical, just an 8-minute walk from a tram stop that connects to the metro.
Negativ: The walls are quite thin, so it can get a bit noisy, especially if the neighbors are loud. As for the terrace, while it’s a nice feature, it’s not very private. The neighboring apartments are very close, which made it feel a little awkward to relax out there.

Clean and very comfortable flat which makes a great base for any visit.
Positiv: The location was good and well connected. The host was very responsive for any questions which may arise. The terrace is part of a shared little courtyard but still private enough to have quiet cup of coffee in the sun. Keyless entry made check in and check out a breeze.
Negativ: The main road around the corner isn’t the nicest so didn’t spend much time there but it is still very safe area. Also the flat is so well connected with the park so close that didn’t matter. It was a lovely little oasis and still wouldn’t hesitate to stay again as made a great base location.

Prachtige woning op een prima locatie dicht bij openbaar vervoer en een mooi park.
Positiv: De woning is lekker ruim met een aparte slaapkamer en op een prima locatie, dicht bij een groot park en openbaar vervoer. En dicht bij de supermarkt en andere winkels. Tevens heeft het een mooie badkamer. De eigenaar beantwoorde mijn berichtjes en vragen lekker snel.
Negativ: Het was niet zo makkelijk om de verwarming te bedienen. Het vroor flink buiten en is kennelijk gewend om in de winter wat hoger te staan dan wij gewend zijn. Het systeem reageert niet zo snel. De eigenaar gaf aan dat dit komt omdat er vloerverwarming is. Verder is het hebben van vloerverwarming een pluspunt, vooral als je er 's nachts een keer uit moet..

Positiv: Прекрасный апартамент. Чисто и современно. Система умный дом. Подогреваемый пол в ванной. Удобное расположение и отличная транспортная доступность. Хозяин быстро реагирует на просьбы и решает проблемы. Магазин Billa в соседнем доме и множество кафе и сервисов. Пешком 3 км до центра и 300 метров до трамвая. Метро 10-15 минут пешком. Автобусные линии.
Negativ: Немного странный кодовый замок на двери. Надо иметь талант, чтобы открыть с первого или третьего раза. К счастью в маленьком сейфе у двери есть ключ.

Peaceful
Positiv: The owner is very responsive via the App. Nice hideaway and peaceful apartment. Mixed neighborhood. Good Pizza place across the street and supermarket in the corner. It does take about 25-30 minutes to the center of town each way. Public transportation is great. (I mostly used Tram # 5 and U4 to commute).
Negativ: No views as the apartment is on the ground floor faces other units in an inner courtyard. BE AWARE that after you book you will get a request to pay additional taxes and complete the required form with your personal information. (I was hesitant to do that as booking.com warn us about such things. Booking.com were not helpful at all with replying to my concern)
