Positiv: Es war alles wunderbar: sauber, gemütlich, gut gelegen, alle Angaben haben gestimmt und die Gastgeber waren unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - ganz herzlichen Dank!!

Negativ: Es war alles super!

Positiv: Schones Raum, alles sauber, Waschmaschine, Fen fur Haare.

Negativ: Keine Klimaanlage, war uns heiss. Bei geoffnete Fenster war Larm aus der Strasse.

Positiv: The apartment was warm and cozy. We didn’t hear the metro at all.

Positiv: Clean and cozy apartment with all necessary appliances.

Negativ: The owner sends automated messages, I did not receive a response when I asked for help regarding tourist registration as the link the owner sent me did not work.

Positiv: L'entrada feia por al estar tant abandonada però en l'apartament vam estar bé.

Negativ: No tenien paelles, ni aire acondicionat ni calefacció. Si obres la finestra hi havia molt soroll de cotxes.

Positiv: Posizione perfetta, davanti la stazione metro. Nonostante il rumore molto forte della strada, grazie agli infissi nuovi non si sente assolutamente nulla. Non è una zona turistica, ma molto frequentata per via dell'università vicina. Dentro l'appartamento tutto funzionante, macchinetta del caffè pulita, così come il forno. Letto comodo e lenzuola pulite. Presente il detersivo per i piatti, la spugna nuova e anche un rotolo di carta assorbente intatto.

Negativ: Casa molto calda, ma andando a maggio potevamo anche dormire con le finestre chiuse. Quindi unico contro l'assenza di climatizzatore. Altra pecca, il palazzo è molto vecchio e assolutamente poco accogliente. Il portoncino che dà sulle scale non ha chiave ma comunque la porta dell'appartamento ovviamente sì. In ogni caso è molto tranquillo e ci siamo trovati bene.

Positiv: Perfette le indicazioni dell'host circa il self check-in, con tanto di foto e video con le spiegazioni. Vicinissimo alla metro. Appartamento caldo, pulito e comodissimo per due persone. La cucina è super attrezzata ma non c'è niente a parte le cialde del caffè, è presente una macchina da caffè (nespresso).

Negativ: L'ingresso del palazzo quasi fatiscente stona molto con l'appartamento nuovissimo e ben curato. In bagno abbiamo trovato solo il sapone per le mani, sarebbe stato utile trovare anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

Positiv: В помешканні було усе необхідне (багато посуду, холодильник, мікрохвильова піч, посуди мийка, рушники, тощо). Буду чисто і тепло. Був фен. Ліжко зручне, спали вдвох.

Negativ: Рушники були різного розміру і брудні 🥲 Розташування далеко від центру, йти десь хвилин 40. Було дуже душно, але якщо відкрити вікна дуже гучно з вулиці.

Very good ap close to the Innere Stadt

Positiv: Very Good Location. Had most everything we needed: espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, good bathroom, stove, fridge.

Negativ: No air conditioning (the street in front is noisy), the bed is a sofa-bed.
