Beautiful Restored - Close To Metro - III

Die Lage zu Verkehrsmitteln, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Events und Läden ist sehr gut! Wir würden wieder buchen👍🏼

Positiv: Lage direkt am Hernalser Gürtel wo der Verkehr fließt und direkt vor der Nase eine U-Bahn-Station an welcher 5 minütlich Bahnen fahren, ideal um schnell in oder aus der Stadt zu gelangen. Gefallen haben uns sonst die sehr schalldichten Fenster. Die renovierte Wohnung liegt in einem in die Jahre gekommenen Altbau, die Decken sind hoch und die Räume gut ausgestattet.

Negativ: Die Gäste vor uns haben das Geschirr und die Töpfe in nicht so ordentlichem Zustand hinterlassen, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Hier und da war ein Stäubchen, aber sonst war alles sauber und ordentlich.

Positiv: Exceptional accommodation, great location right across the street from the metro, bus stop right on the stairs, trams in the back!! Big, bright rooms and everything exceptionally clean! New impeccable towels! Perfect bed linen! 10+ grade cleanliness! Congratulations for such a location! we felt great! Indeed, there is no air conditioning, but there are two large fans! Anyway, there is no air conditioning in Vienna, not even in restaurants! There are a few hot days a year, otherwise I don't think it's necessary, that's why there isn't really air conditioning anywhere.

Positiv: Really spacious, well equipped apartment. Rooms were clean, warm and well maintained. Alser Straße underground station was in 100 meters, lot of restaurants inside nearest 500 meters as well supermarket. Excellent apartment to stay for couple of days or longer. Would definitely stay again when in Vienna!

Positiv: Perfect location in a nicely renovated apartment in a historic building. Quiet, comfortable and well equipped

Negativ: Nothing come to mind

Positiv: Spacious Appartement to host 4 people. Good instruction by the host to enter the appartement. Excellent connection to the public transporation. Supermarket and Restaurants in the neighbour hood.

Negativ: Unfortunately the appartements directly located at a Main street and there is a huge noises caused by the Traffic. If you are not to sensible regarding noise the location ist perfect to discover Vienna

Positiv: Czyste, wygodne mieszkanie, duże pomieszczenia. Wszystko co potrzebne w mieszkaniu: żelazko, pralka, zmywarka. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Blisko metro i przystanki.

Positiv: Duże przestronne mieszkanie, było gdzie posiedzieć wspólnie, jak i można było się na spokojnie zamknąć w sporym pokoju. Kuchenka indukcyjna, ekspres kapsułowy, całkiem dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Łazienka spora, dobrze wyposażona. Cicho i spokojnie, łatwy dojazd do apartamentu

Negativ: Klatka schodowa i okolicą trochę creepy, ale można się przyzwyczaić.

Positiv: Posizione vicino alla metro Appartamento grande e dotato di tutti i comfort

Negativ: Scale (privo di ascensore, comunque al secondo piano quindi fattibile)

Appartement proche du métro bien situé pour visiter Vienne

Positiv: l'appartement est très bien situé à deux pas du métro. l'appartement est vaste et très bien ensoleillé. Au mois de mai nous n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit de la rue, l'isolation des fenêtres est très bonne. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité. prix très correct par rapport aux autres appartements vus sur le site.

Negativ: L'appartement dispose d'un lave vaisselle mais il n'y a pas suffisamment d'assiettes pour l'utiliser.... Une partie de la vaisselle est à renouveler. La literie n'est pas très confortable, les matelas seraient à changer
