Smart Studio with Terrace by HM

Positiv: Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke perfekt! Das Stadion und der Prater sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar 👍

Negativ: Leider war die Aussicht nicht sehr gut. Die wäre auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes spitze gewesen!

Ideal und äußerst vielversprechend für einen Kurztrip!

Positiv: -sehr ruhige Gegend -zentral schnell angebunden an Öffis -sehr sauberes Smart Studio -bequemes Bett und bequeme Couch -richtig guter Comfort, tolle Unterkunft -sehr schönes Badezimmer -tolle Küche mit tollem Kücheninventar

Negativ: -keine Kritikpunkte!

Klein aber fein

Positiv: Kleines Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Die Klappküche fantastisch, jedoch könnte diese sauberer sein. U-Bahn um die Ecke, Ernst Happel Stadion Paar Schritte, Messe Gelände um die Ecke super. Einchecken und Auschecken super leicht.

Negativ: Das einzige Manko wären die Fenster. Diese haben keine Vorhänge, sondern nur Jalousien. Man muss tagsüber diese zu ziehen, damit man aus den Nebengebäuden nicht hinein sieht.

Positiv: Great location. Super clean. Has all the facilities you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. Would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Nice apartament

Positiv: A modern apartment located in a new and modern building, where the entrance door opens by itself, very interesting and beautiful. The building has plants on all the balconies and makes it a building of the future and very environmentally friendly. The view from the terrace is particularly beautiful, we could also see the horse races on the adjacent hippodrome. A quiet, modern and clean neighborhood. Supermarket nearby, beautiful apartment. Enough toilet paper rolls for the entire stay

Negativ: The lack of a disinfectant in the toilet, it would have been useful so that we could disinfect the toilet ourselves. The lack of soap and liquid shower gel. Some of the walls of the apartment were dirty, too bad, it deserves a washable paint to make the apartment look like new.

Great apartment in Vienna!!

Positiv: The apartment is furnished very well and practically. Even though the apartment is not really big, the space was used great and it does not seem narrow at all. The service was reachable and the technical stuff with the codes etc. worked perfectly.

Negativ: One thing that could have been better is the sleeping couch which was a bit uncomfortable and the floor was a little bit dirty, but not too dirty!!

Positiv: The location was great, the apartment was very nice

Perfect stay in Vienna

Positiv: Wonderful stay in Vienna. The flat is brand new, in a brand new building. So well equipped! There is nothing missing! It is perfectly situated, just next to the U-Bahn.

Positiv: Great location, we had everything we need and even more in the apartment!

Negativ: Prices were quite high
