Geheimtipp: Modernes, perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment mit bester Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr

Positiv: Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung für Privatpersonen und Geschäftsreisende. Sehr gut bestückte Küche, großes Badezimmer. Sehr ruhige Wohnung trotz Nähe zu U-Bahn und Straße.

Negativ: Achtung: Aufgrund von Baustellen in der Umgebung, leitet einen Google etwas fehl. Von der Vorgartenstraße aus hilft die Beschilderung - die Gastgeberin sendet vor Anreise sehr detaillierte und hilfreiche Instruktionen.

Positiv: Schöne neue Wohnung, sauber, relativ groß, U-Bahn Haltestelle in 3-5min zu erreichen. Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, schicke Küche. Viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.

Negativ: Kein Fernseher, Mikrowelle.

Super comfy and well-located flat

Positiv: Really nice flat, super close to the metro, with all needed appliances and close to supermarkets. It was generally quiet, even when being so close to the metro. With the metro, this flat is less than 20 mins from the main station, so its very centrally located with public transport. The host explained how to check-in and the communication through my stay was really good.The flat is spacious and the room/bathroom as well. I would totally recommend this place for people staying over 2 nights in Vienna. It was pleasant and generally very comfortable. The only things I would improve is the explanation to get to the flat, maybe adding a couple pictures of the signs since the area surrounding the building is currently under construction and it can be confusing how to get there. It would also be nice to have a microwave since it is faster than heating things on the stove.

Negativ: I generally liked everything. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the bed creaking when sleeping but it can be fixed easily.

Satisfying

Positiv: Part of a brand new complex, located direct opposite a metro station. So although it is not in the direct vicinity of the city centre, using the metro will take you anywhere quickly. The Winer Messe is very near as is Prater. The same is true for the Ernst Happel stadium and there is a small supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful when I encountered some problems on my way over at the first day.

Negativ: A bed with a bit more support might have enhanced the sleeping experience. And although it didn't disturb me personally the disadvantage of being close to the metro station might be the fact that you will hear it at night if you sleep with the window open. The apartment is very clean and efficient, but might miss some \
