Positiv: Ohne Frühstück - aber Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Parken günstig und unkompliziert. U-Bahn Station direkt gegenüber. Cafe_Restaurant vor Ort, aber öffnet erst um 11.00 ...für frühstücken zu spät. Supernähe zum Ernst Happel stadion Fitnessraum und sauna im Nebengebäude mitbenutzbar
Negativ: Dass das Restaurant im EG erst zm11.00 öffnete. Dass kein früherer Check-in auch gegen Aufpreis nicht möglich war. Fehlende Klimaanlage.

Schönes Apartment
Positiv: Schönes Apartment, gut zu erreichen und Parkmöglichkeit
Negativ: Abstellmöglichkeit für Waschtasche wäre angenehm. Der Kopfpolster ist nix, hatte Gott sei Dank meinen eigenen mit.

Positiv: Sehr nett eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail - Insgesamt sehe schönes Apartment Wir waren in bei einem Konzert im Ernst- Happel-Stadion, zu Fuß gut in 15 Minuten zu erreichen
Negativ: Strassenlärm und es war sehr warm im Apartment

Super Unterkunft für einen Wienaufenthalt!
Positiv: Super Unterkunft für unseren kurzen Wienaufenthalt! (Wir waren zu viert und Kids haben auf einem bequemen Sofabett im Wohnzimmer geschlafen! Für Paare oder Singles ist es natürlich auch für einen langen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen!) Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem Notwenigen ausgestattet direkt gegenüber der U-Bahnstation. Ein leckeres asiatisches Restaurant und ein Supermarkt befinden sich auch direkt gegenüber! Sehr nette Vermieter, die bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort reagieren! Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

If you plan to stay for a few days it is very good, if you plan to stay longer maybe not so much.
Positiv: Location is good. Public transport, store, restaurants, fast food, tobacco shop, garage are all few steps away. Garage is in the next building, use payuca app to get in and pay. Didn't use shared facilities, but they are there. Building is pretty new and the whole block is fine. Apartment is very bright during the day which is nice. Floor heating is a plus.
Negativ: Cleanliness could be better. No wardrobe in the apartment. Very busy traffic street over the night, u-bahn station is broadcasting light the whole night, but you can pull the blinds down in the bedroom, not in the living room. If you plan to cook, there are very little pots and utensils. Beds could be more comfortable.

The location of this apartement is perfect for tourists!
Positiv: You have everything you need: billa supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, pharmacy and the subway. Subway is just across the street and this is what has blown us away. It was very easy to travel to each destination. Also, the nebourhood is peacefull and we felt safe. There are two restaurants in the building. The apartment was okay, we just spent the nights there. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment for tourists especially young couples. There was four of us in the apartement and we had enough space.
Negativ: The frunature could be of better quality. We saw the holes in the walls but this did not personally bother us as much.

Positiv: The apartment is very new. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is pretty quiet. There are a couple of restaurants around and a grocery shop. The U2 line is also a few steps away.
Negativ: There was a dripping noise during the night, but it was not very distracting and only noticeable because it was so quiet.
