Nice apartment in lovely area

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, super für Städtereise

Positiv: Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Supermarkt und Restaurants in direkter fußläufiger Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Negativ: Wohnung im Haus war beim Ankommen etwas schwierig zu finden. Nur einseitig möglicher Ausstieg aus dem Bett im Schlafzimmer.

Gute Wohnungsgrösse, alles da was man braucht

Positiv: Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern richtig viel Platz! Gut ausgestattete Küche!

Negativ: Wir haben wohl ein doofes Maiwochenende erwischt - Außentemperatur um die 13 Grad, weshalb es in der Wohnung sehr kalt war … Heizung war wohl schon aus … Nasse Handtücher am nächsten Tag sind einfach ekelhaft.…

Positiv: Close to supermarket (Billa - 2 min) and a great coffee house (Hübler Kaffee & Konditorei - 5 min). Close to trams stations (5 min). Warm and cozy. Curtains can separate the living and the kitchen area, offering privacy for a ”second” bedroom.

Negativ: No parking place reserved for this place, unlike the description on Booking. Parking available on the streets, but it is crowded and we were lucky to find a free spot. Subterranean parking nearby (2 min).

Positiv: This is the second time we have stayed here and the apartment really suits us due to its location and exceptional service. It's well situated close to transport and amenities. It looks out to a quiet street. Its on the first floor so you need to climb only two short flights of stairs.The communication from the hosts is always very prompt and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water heater and were impressed by the swift reaction. A technician came to fix the issue within a couple of hours and the hot water was back on. The checkin process is really easy as the instructions are sent well in advance and no contact is needed. The whole place was really clean which is an improvement compared to our last stay. The wifi is also faster. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher and quite a few tablets provided. There is a filter coffee machine and a plunger.

Negativ: There is nothing we disliked and I would certainly recommend this place. The only very minor issue is that the TV provided does not seem to be connected. It shows that it's connected to the wifi but we could not connect it to any of our devices or get anything going. During our previous visit several apps on it were working so it might be just aging. This really does not matter to us as we were visiting family in the area.

Excellent Base to Explore Vienna

Positiv: The apartment is in a quiet and well connected part of Vienna. The apartment is very clean and modern. Beds are comfortable. Great facilities.

Positiv: Bigger than expected, warm and comfy. Very suitable for a family of 4

Negativ: There could have been some shower gel or shampoo, we had to buy our own and leave it behind (due to flight restrictions)

Ottimo!

Positiv: Appartamento stupendo, tenuto molto bene e il proprietario è sempre stato gentile nelle risposte. Pulizia ottima e attrezzato con tutto, dal bagno con l'asciuga capelli alla lavatrice, alla lavastoviglie e all'apirapolvere. Consigliatissimo!

Positiv: Stan je opremljen sa dosta aparata i ima grijanje. Uredan i topao. Čak posjeduje automatsko isključivanje štednjaka da ne ostane upaljen te oznake za pozive hitnih službi... ulaz je zaštićen šifrom pa se osjećate ugodnije, a komunikacija s domaćinom je izvrsna. Bravo!

Negativ: Možda više toalet papira i tekućeg sapuna, ali dućan je odmah u blizini tako da to nije problem.

Piacevole soggiorno e utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici

Positiv: Distribuzione degli spazi. Fornitura di elettrodomestici. Rapporto prezzo/qualità Possibilità di parcheggio. A 100 mt disponibile un Supermercato fornito.

Negativ: Hanno fornito una sola chiave (a fronte di 3 ospiti) il che ha creato più di qualche problema nella gestione degli spostamenti. Posizione abbastanza lontano dal centro.

Gera vieta

Positiv: Gera lokacija, arti tramvajus, galima ir pėstute nukeliauti iki gražių miesto centro objektų. Apartamentai švarūs, patogūs. Labai sklandus, išsamus ir malonus personalo bendravimas, savarankiškas patekimas, šalia didelė maisto prekių parduotuvė.😊

Negativ: Dėl didelių karščių buvo labai šilta bute ir nebuvo kuo atsivėsint. Trūko kokio paprasto pastatomo ventiliatoriaus. Gerai, kad įmanoma atvėrus visus langus pasidaryt skersvėjį. 😊
