Large 4 room apartment in the center of Vienna

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Wien. Es war mit U- und S-Bahn alles super gut zu erreichen und es gab einen Hundeausl

Positiv: Genug Betten, Bettzeug und Handtücher für alle. Leichter Zugang über Schlüsselbox.

Negativ: Leider waren die auf Booking gezeigten Einzelbetten nicht vorhanden Der Hund war mit 20€ pro Tag sehr teuer. In allen anderen Unterkünften haben wir 20€ pro Aufenthalt bezahlt… Die Küche war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Die günstigen Parkhäuser waren nicht wirklich fußläufig erreichbar. Man kann aber von 16:30 bis 9:30 vor dem Haus parken, wenn man 2x die 90 min Kurzparkzone zahlt.

Gut für Familien und Reissegruppen

Positiv: Eine riesige Wohnung, perfekt geeignet für 2-3 Familien oder eine größere Reisegruppe. U- Bahn und Straßenbahn Haltestelle in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung, unkompliziertes Einchekcken.

Negativ: Nur 1 Toilette für 8-10 möglichen Gästen ist zu wenig. Ein Paar Sanierung bzw. Renovierungsmaßnahmen wären alleine aus optischen Gründen erforderlich.

Very comfortable apartment in a lively area

Positiv: The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to everything you need. The apartment itself was very big, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay pleasant and stress-free. A good choice for both short and longer stays.

Negativ: The street can get quite busy at night, but once the windows are closed it is quiet and not an issue for sleeping. Parking is available, though it can be a bit tricky depending on the time of day, so it’s worth allowing a little extra time to find a spot.

Positiv: Can sleep 8 people comfortably. Quiet place for a really good rest.

Negativ: No on site parking. Nearest parking lot was 600m away and cost 24 Euro to park overnight.

Positiv: Big rooms with nice beds. Accesible location. Tram station right next to it. Lidl is also nearby.

Negativ: The closest Parking is expensive 29 euro per night

Spacious apartments

Positiv: The apartments were spacious and clean. They had all the necessary amenities (from a washing machine to an iron).

Negativ: It wasn't exactly easy to find a place and an apartment in the building, but it wasn't difficult either. When I booked, I was asked to send all the passports of the residents to a Russian e-mail address. Further communication with Booking.com's customer service reassured me that I did not need to send any identity documents. Therefore, I did not send an email with the passports and the stay went ahead as planned.

Positiv: We didn't have to sleep on stairs (like our friend), a lot of space, balcony

Negativ: Haunting ghost (it was little creepy there at midnight), short cord attaching the shower head making it hard to shower while standing, not working sockets in the living room, so we had to combine extension cables to be ale to use the tv, no air conditioning

Positiv: Świetna lokalizacja. Tramwajem do centrum kilka przystanków. Metro kawałek dalej. Lidl obok głównego wejścia do apartamentu. Kawiarnia z kawką na przeciwko głównego wejścia czynna od rana . Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko. Była kawa, herbata , cukier ,przyprawy . W łazience mydło i żel pod prysznic, płyn do prania oraz do płukania . Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Ciepło w apartamencie i przytulnie. Czysto co jest dużym atutem. Polecam z całego serca

Positiv: الشقه واسعه جدا والفرش والمفروشات جديده ونظيفه جدا وايضا الموقع اكثر من رائع سوبر ماركت محلات صيدليه بنك امام المنزل

Negativ: اسوأ الاشياء في هذه الشقه اولا الحمام صغير جدا جدا وليس نظيف شقه كبيره اربع غرف بها حمام لا يكفي لطفل صغير ثاني شيء هو انه لا يوجد مصعد تألمنا ونحن نحمل الحقائب ثالث شيء هو الارضيات تصدر صوتا عند المشي عليها
