Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Positiv: Sehr nette Schlüsselübergabe. Die Lage ist zentral, dicht an der Linie U1 für uns perfekt. Eurospar und Penny sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß, hat eine gute Aufteilung (WC und Bad getrennt!) und war sehr sauber.

Negativ: Es sind leichte Instandsetzungsarbeiten zu erledigen (Balkontür lässt sich sehr schwer schließen, Heizkörper defekt, Wasser in der Spüle und im Bad läuft sehr langsam ab/ Leitungen verstopft? Kleine Abfalleimer im Bad/ WC wären toll. Möbel, Teppiche sind etwas abgewohnt, aber sauber.

geräumige, saubere Wohnug mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U-Bahnstation, geräumig, mit Balkon und gut augestattet.

Negativ: Wir mussten 4 Tage Parkgebühr bezahlen, obwohl wir nur 3 Nächte dort übernachteten. Das haben wir vorerst nicht verstanden.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, mit dem Aufzug zum Wohnung, sauber. Kontakt sehr nett, Schlüssel Übergabe hat gut funktioniert.

Negativ: Bad und Toilette ohne Fenster, Lüftung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, dadurch recht muffig drin. Dass ist aber allgemein in Wien in solchen Gebäuden problematisch, Vermieter kann nichts dafür.

Convinient for a small family!

Positiv: A nice cozy apartment. 2 Big rooms with a well equipped kitchen. The area was quite with the metro stop just around the corner. Newly build building with elevator, convenient for the baby stroller we had with us.

Negativ: The double bed had 2 single mattresses and both were very soft. So soft they were uncomfortable. We didn't see an iron, but maybe they would bring upon request.

Positiv: proximity to the metro station, altes landgut spotless cleanness big space overall kitchen, cutlery

Negativ: wc ventilation balcony door didn't close

Positiv: Flat is spaciois and clean. Location is near to the metro station and non stop grocerie store. Surrounding is quite silent and cozy.

Polecam Stelius Wien

Positiv: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Po wyjściu z obiektu, stacja metra U1 po drugiej stronie ulicy (ok. 50 m). Mieszkanie duże, przestronne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona: duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, płyta elektryczna, piekarnik, zmywarka, czajnik, ekspres przelewowy (warto zaopatrzyć się w filtry papierowe). Osobno toaleta i łazienka. Miejsce w garażu podziemnym (płatne dodatkowo 10€ za dobę) to dodatkowy plus i komfort. Byliśmy w 4 osoby, wszyscy zadowoleni. Czytałam wcześniejsze opinie, nie zauważyłam żadnych mrówek, odgłos ulicy nie jest uciążliwy. Przy kolejnym pobycie w Wiedniu chętnie tam wrócimy i będziemy polecać.

Positiv: La proximité avec le métro entre autre, la supérette Spar (impeccable), la quartier calme, la place de parking au sous sol idéal et enfin l'appartement Super.

Negativ: Rien

Było w porządku

Positiv: 50m od stacji metra, duże przestronne mieszkanie, najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy dostępne, przytulne

Negativ: niepomocna gosposia (szukaliśmy z nią miejsca parkingowego w garażu przez ponad godzinę, ostatecznie znaleźliśmy bez jej pomocy), bariera językowa z gosposią (nie mówi po angielsku)

szuper szállás, kedves házigazda. Mindennel felszerelt konyha és szobák.

Positiv: Csendes nyugodt környék, közel a metró megállóhoz.
