Positiv: A clean, spacious apartment with the option to bring your dog. Good accessibility to the city center :) The hallway was a bit old, and for a moment we were unsure if we were in the right place… As for the downsides, I’d mention the smell, no blanket provided, and noise from the street and hallway. The door was really like paper. Since it’s a “dog-friendly apartment,” it would have been nice to have a dog bed or bowls for food and water. No greenery nearby where a dog could go potty. The host was wonderful, always checking if everything was okay :) We were allowed an early check-in… overall, a great experience, thank you :)

Positiv: Friendly host, the mattress was suitable for us, good facilities, good location, the apartment was clean and comfortable, the heater is working well (we traveled in March and it was cold outside). We enjoyed our stay :)

Nice flat walkig distance to the Opera.
Positiv: Nice flat, well equipped with everything you need, warm. The manager were all the time available on line. The instructions how to get to the aparment and where to get the key were very clear.

Positiv: Od svih stanova u kojima smo odseli u Beču do sada ovaj nam se najvise dopao. Udoban, topao, prostran, čist, na dobroj lokacoji i sa svim potrebnim stvarima u njemu. Nista nije nedostajalo. Osoblje je vise nego ljubazno i predusretljivo.
Negativ: Jedina mana, ali ne tiče se stana, jeste sto je zgrada u nekoj fazi renoviranja tako da je u zgradi mnogo prasine koja se unosi u stan.

Semplicemente perfetto
Positiv: Soggiorno impeccabile! L'appartamento è un vero gioiello di 50 mq, arredato con un gusto moderno e ricercato. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo le ampie vetrate che inondano gli spazi di luce naturale. La pulizia era perfetta e la posizione strategica: a soli 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro e, nota fondamentale, a letteralmente 2 minuti dal centro commerciale (The Mall), comodissimo per tutto. Il riscaldamento in ogni stanza è eccellente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, consigliatissimo!

Positiv: Appartamento in ottima posizione e ben connesso al trasporto pubblico. All'interno è pulito, moderno, ben arredato e spazioso.
Negativ: L'unico lato negativo è il check-in automatizzato online che non funzionava e ho dovuto scrivere molto alla loro assistenza per entrare.

Positiv: Todo era genial, estaban todos los servicios, toallas, gel, champú, secador, plancha, lavadora, lavaplatos. Y para ir al centro de la ciudad era muy fácil y cómodo.

Positiv: В номере все было шикарно, с обслуживанием отеля легко поддерживалась связь через Booking, все предусмотрено для проживания - гель для душа, шампунь, мыло, все кухонные принадлежности и посуда, ящики для сортировки мусора, таблетки для посудомоечной машины и капсулы для стиральной машина - все это было в наших аппартаментах. Не было только лампочки в торшер (или мы ее все-таки не нашли), но стоило написать в поддержку и после возвращения в аппартаменты на двери висела лампочка. Все очень оперативно, инструкция как найти и открыть дверь, как из ящика достать ключ - все это тоже соответсвовало действительности на 100 процентов. Ничего не вызвало осложнений. Спасибо!
