Negativ: kein Waschbecken in der Toiletten

Positiv: The communication with the host was amazing. He really made sure the accomodation process to be as smooth as possible. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Its location is great!

Negativ: Noise levels can increase during peak hours due to the apartment's proximity to the boulevard. However, this is beyond the host's control. The quality of the provided towels, particularly the white ones, was subpar.

AMAZING from the first day to the last!

Positiv: We did not have breakfast included as this was the main reason why we choose an apartment instead of a hotel room. For more flexibility. Everything was exactly as per pictures shown on Booking.com. We were very happy as the U6 station is just across the street. Excellent location!!! Great host!

Negativ: The hallway and the entrance in the building before reaching the apartment is rather old and unwelcoming but that has nothing to do with the apartment itself which was fully equipped for a great staying!

Positiv: Good location, opposite the metro station. Spacious. We liked it.

Negativ: For light sleepers the sound of traffic and ticking sound in the apartment in the evening, not too persistent nor loud (electrical box or plumming, not sure what exactly) could be an issue as well as tiny bathroom/toilet.

Bonito piso a distancia media del centro. Bien comunicado pero no esperes un portal en condiciones.

Positiv: Apartamento luminoso y con vistas , frente a parada de Metro, tranvía y bus cerca y a una distancia media del centro de Viena. Confortable, bonito y bien climatizado. Limpieza Zonas cercanas hay comercios y a dos paradas de metro (5 min) hay una gran estación de tren ( Wien Westbahnhof) a la que se llega en autobús directo desde aeropuerto ( línea VAL1) lo cual es muy cómodo.

Negativ: No hay nadie para recibirte aunque avisamos llegada. Llegamos las 00:00 de la noche con nieve y a 0 grados y no se nos dio código de acceso al portal del edificio, una gran negligencia. Afortunadamente alguien salió y pudimos entrar. También errores en decirnos el Nº de piso equivocado y código de acceso equivocado. Muy mal identificado el Nº de piso durante un rato ninguno lo veíamos ( pequeño y camuflado). Finalmente se solucionó con varias llamadas, pero durante un rato creíamos tendríamos que buscar otro alojamiento y generó angustia. Cocina escasamente equipada un cazo, una olla y una sartén. Falta tostadora, y el extractor hecha el humo a la habitación. Ducha desagüe atorado por falta de limpieza y por tanto se inundaba el suelo, tuve que arreglarlo yo. El piso es de calidad, pero el portal de entrada que en su momento sería muy señorial estaba muy abandonado de mantenimiento por años y no hace justicia al alojamiento. Supongo que tendrán problemas de comunidad para arreglarlo. Es un punto negativo para la valoración si quieres causar buena impresión a tus acompañantes de viaje.

Positiv: Отличное месторасположение, прекрасная транспортная развязка, близко к центру. Просторная чистая квартира, новый ремонт. Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, встретили при заселении; помогли решить некоторые персональные проблемы в последний день пребывания в апартаментах. Рекомендую
