Negativ: Keine frische Luft, da Fenster zum Flur und keine Klimaanlage (Ventilator war kaputt)

the perfect place for short trip!

Positiv: It's nice and clean, close to the stattion. It's perfect place to stay for short trip.

Negativ: I coocked pasta and chicken, and the fire alarm beeped since there is no fan. If there is no fan, It would be better if there is a microwave. The stairs to the loft is small, we didn't have problem, but for a big and tall person, maybe the stair railing is not strong enough to hold.

Very comfortable studio next to metro

Positiv: Everything was great! The location is amazing. The building is just across the station. The bathroom was very clean. Studio is equipped with minimalist design. It’s like staying in an Ikea studio.

Negativ: No complaints. I’d recommend bringing slippers and toiletries (shampoo etc).

Short visit of Vienna for leisure

Positiv: The apartment was just as pictured on the website, small and cozy. The communication with the host was informative, efficient, and pleasant, and entering the apartment with a numerical key was convenient. The kitchen was well equipped with all you could need for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and consider this apartment a good value for the money. There's an U-Bahn station a minute away from the apartment, but those who are more into experiencing the city on foot can get to the city center or Schönbrunn area in about a 30-40 walk.

Negativ: The apartment is in a small mixed neighbourhood a bit further from the city center, but we were aware of that when making our choice. Most apartments in Vienna don't have air-conditioning, which is not common for us, so visitors should be ready for warmer nights. The apartment windows are not facing the outdoors, but the fallway, so you have to make sure to adjust the courtains for privacy.

In conclusion, amazing appartment, very comfortable. Loved it.

Positiv: The apartment is very sweet and comfortable, super clean. There was everything we might have needed. The location is also amazing.

Negativ: Unfortunately, we had trouble keeping the water hot. The hot water was only enough for one person to shower.

Very good location

Positiv: The apartment is in front of a subway station and is also very close to downtown. The owner was very responsive, I sent a message very late in the night inquiring about an issue with the shower, and she answered promptly.
