Positiv: die Lage ist sehr gut (3 min Straßenbahn - 10 min U6) und dennoch sehr ruhig in einem Innenhof - die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos - das Appartement ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet

Negativ: eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, aber das Etagenbett ist für ältere Menschen nur bedingt geeignet (steile Treppe [eher Leiter] - wenn man im Bett ist kann man nicht mehr aufstehen und muss auf allen Vieren zur Treppe zurück)

Das kleine und gemütliche Apartment ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Wien und lässt einen wie Zuhause fühlen.

Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und noch so viel mehr. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und trotzdem eine gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Stadt. Matthäus ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Positiv: The studio is well designed, comfortable and quiet, offering a real sense of safety. It is very close to tram line 46, which takes you to the Palace of Parliament in just a few minutes. From there, much of the city centre can be reached easily and quickly. There are parking spaces, shops and a good selection of places to eat nearby, making it a practical choice for a week’s stay.

Positiv: Matthaus is a great host. We managed everything contactless, as we received everything we needed via a vigorous WhatsApp attention. Loft is cozy and spacious enough. Parking is 8€ per day at 10 minutes walk. Plenty of breakfast available withing 10 min walk area. Would recommend it!

Positiv: recently stayed in this room and it genuinely made me feel like I was at home. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming, and every detail added to the overall comfort. It was the kind of place where you immediately relax the moment you walk in. The experience was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely choose it again. Highly recommended!

Positiv: Good location, easy to catch a tram or metro. Very cosy apartment with different kitchen equipments. Very nice bathroom with special toilet (seat). Communication with landlord was excellent. He was very helpful.

Nice, clean and cozy accommodation

Positiv: The apartment is just great. I really loved the attention to detail. It is also fairly calm as it has windows to the courtyard. If there is a noise in the courtyard, there is AC in the apartment, and with closed windows, nothing can be heard. The owner was responsive and also very kind. The location is convenient with a lot of groceries and restaurants within walking distance and good connections to the city centre. I can only recommend this accommodation.

Positiv: Lovely cosy apartment, clean, modern and quiet. The courtyard is beautiful, it is also super peaceful. We didn’t meet the host but he was messaging us and was always friendly and helpful. It’s a nice area to stay in and really easy to get around, 2 tram lines and the U-Bahn are a few minutes walk away. There’s also a supermarket, market and lots of takeaways round the corner and a park with a playground and open air swimming pool on the next street. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.
