Positiv: Urbane Lage, gute Verkehrsverbindungen, Spaziergang in die Innenstadt, Brunnenmarkt. Schicke und funktionelle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns perfekt!

Perfekt für meinen „Arbeitseinsatz“ beim Event in der Ottakringerbrauerei
Positiv: Das kleine Apartment ist wirklich toll und kreativ eingerichtet. Alles ist TipTop sauber. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass die gläserne Eingangstüre direkt auf die Straße führt. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist sehr gut abgelaufen.
Negativ: Auf Grund der eingeschränkten Lüftungsmöglichkeit (quasi beinahe nur durch die Eingangstür) war es vor Allem Nachts recht heiß … wirkliche sommerliche Verhältnisse mit über 30 Grad mag ich mir jetzt nicht vorstellen …

Positiv: Hervorragende Ausstattung des Appartements und sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir haben es auch wegen der Lage gebucht: Nicht im touristischen Zentrum, trotzdem sehr gut angebunden, gute Infrastruktur.

Confortable and convenient
Positiv: This is a repurposed storefront, the owners did a marvelous job, both in style and functionality. This is great for a short vacation, or a work trip. The flat has so many conveniences, a full kitchen, washing machine, and a workstation complete with an external monitor keyboard and mouse. The location is fantastic! Only a few meters away from several tram lines that will take anywhere you need in Vienna. And the area itself is a culturally vibrant location if you want to see how normal people live.

Nice find, will likely return in the future
Positiv: This apartment was designed recently and well. Location is overall very good, not too long of a walk to downtown, easily accessed with trams, one corner away. Groceries also a corner away. Good array of facilities within, including washing machine, and even screen for work purposes. Area was quiet enough, slept well. Bed is set up a ladder, maybe not for everyone.
Negativ: More suggestions. Perhaps add fans (no AC). A short video explaining all features from key lock to garbage, lights, and house machines could be a useful reference.

Unconventional!
Positiv: Style and unconventional idea of installing an apartment in a former shop. Nice bathroom, well equiped kitchen.
Negativ: The stairs to the bed above are quite steep and slippery. Take care when go down!

Beyond any expectation
Positiv: It was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed. It had absolutely everything you needed. From an ice-maker to a hair straightener. Absolutely fantastic!
Negativ: The neighbourhood seemed a little rough but in no time you're in the city centre
