Positiv: In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was für einen Kurztrip für uns notwendig war: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sehr gepflegt und sauber! Die Matratzen in den Betten sind komfortabel, so dass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten.

Ruhige gemütliche Unterkunft bei top Lage

Positiv: Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich top. Anbindung an ÖPNV sind gegeben, für eine Großstadt ruhige Lage, trotzdem relativ zentral. Die Unterkunft und das Bad waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Kein Nachbarlärm oder dergleichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Negativ: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn kleinere Dinge wie Schere, Pfanne, Streichhölzer etc. vorhanden gewesen wären. Aber das waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage; Appartement sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet; Schlüsselübergabe problemlos

Negativ: fehlende Geschirrtücher; Küchenausstattung: keine Bratpfanne

Positiv: Apartment is located in very quiet area and has very good connection to the other parts of the city with trams 2 and 46. Near the apartment there are few markets, bakery, fast food restaurants. It was really easy to find it and enter, it is very clean and cozy place.

Negativ: It's balkan thingy, there wasn't \

Fairly priced and comfortable with easy access to the city.

Positiv: The apartment looked bigger and better than we expected and it was updated with providing a kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven. It had blackout curtains! Everything was clean. It had easy access to the city centre with transportation but we decided to walk every day, which was doable too (about 45 minutes one way :D). There were many street food places near (kebab, pizza and more), 4 grocery stores in 2-8 minute walk and also a McDonald's within a 7 minute walk. There was a street with many shops (clothing and cosmetics and more) right by the apartment, and there was a market with fresh fruits very near. Although it seemed like a little bit poorer neighbourhood than the one I've stayed at before on the other side of the city, we felt safe, even at night.

Negativ: Just for info that the apartment was on the first floor (British English floor system) with a curved staircase and no elevator. We felt, that the bathroom needed some more shelf space or a little table in the corner to put things on. The white bathroom curtain felt slightly see through (especially at night), but we were not sure, if it actually was. We were left with only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, so we had to buy more. For lighter sleepers the street noise from cars can be disturbing at night. It is especially loud when the window stays open at night.

Positiv: The apartment was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The dining table and couch completed the comfort. The apartment is well accessible by public transport and is not far from the center or the main train stations.

Negativ: The water leaked out of the bath

Comfortable and good connection to the city center

Positiv: The bed was so comfortable everything was in place excellent for a few days in Vienna. But it would be nice if a hair dryer was available.☺️

Positiv: The property was very clean and came with all the basic amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. It's close to the tram and the neighbourhood is very cosy and quiet with great eating options all around.

Negativ: A few things needed maintenance such as the plug in the kitchen which came off and a flap beside the shower in the bathroom. Not complaining because the property overall was great.

Positiv: Everything ok, except for the smell of smoking in the apartment at our arrival and bad smell in the bathroom.

Positiv: Great location, very close to the tram stop and supermarkets. Easy self check-in. Enough space in the apartment for two people. Would love to stay here again if I come to Vienna!

Negativ: It would be great if the broken window blind in the bathroom could be replaced.
