Positiv: Das versteckte Zimmer und die vielen kleinen Extras waren meine persönlichen Highlights. Herzlich hergerichtet mit Begrüßungswäffelchen als Betthupferl. Es war alles da: vom Handtuch bis Duschbad, Wasserkocher bis Wachmaschine, mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüli. In ruhiger gemütlicher Lage. Mit U-Bahn, Apotheke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Imbissvariationen und einer kleiner Parkanlage ums Eck. Eine schöne Bleibe für den perfekten Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Städte unserer Breiten. Vielen lieben Dank. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit dort, das Appartment bot uns zwei Urlaubern genügend viel, ausreichend Platz. Wir werden diesen neckischen, gemütlichen, kleinen Unterschlupf garantiert weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder. 😊❤🤙

Positiv: Had an absolutely great winter holiday, including this flat. Not too far from city centre (walking distance about 20-30 minutes). Subway station is really close and bus stops are about 5 min away. There are shops and cafes near by, so you won't be left hungry. The flat was nice and clean, plenty of storage; kitchen has all you need as well; spacious enough for two people to live comfortably👍 Will definitely come back again if visiting Vienna. The owner and the team were always in contact and very quick to reply to any of my messages and questions. P. S: if you're like me and can't find the door to the bedroom at first, it's one of the cupboard doors😅

Très bon séjour, un peu plus de propreté et ce serait parfait.
Positiv: Bon séjour dans cet appartement, il est très bien situé, même pas 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro donc compter environ 15-20 minutes au total pour aller en plein centre-ville. Joli appartement en apparence, moderne et bien équipé.
Negativ: La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, il ne fallait surtout pas regarder en détail et ne pas tirer les lits, meubles ni même le support a papier WC au risque de découvrir beaucoup de saletés et poussières. La bonde de l'évier était recouverte d'une couche de gras. La poubelle extérieure était collante...

Heel erg naar ons zin gehad!
Positiv: Het appartement is nieuw, schoon en in een fijn gebouw. Daarnaast ligt het handig vlakbij een metrostation, supermarkt en bakkertje.
Negativ: De slaapbank is wel erg nodig toe aan vervanging.

Positiv: The apartment is very well equipped, and everything is brand new and works perfect. Excellent location, one minute far from the metro station and the Danube channel is at walking distance. The information about the flat and the way to collect the keys from the key-lock was detailed and provided in advance. We did not know how to turn on the very fancy electric stove, but we called the host, and someone came very promptly and showed us how to do it. I would return with great pleasure to stay in this apartment.

Positiv: La struttura era molto accogliente e nuova, vicino alla metro U3. Inoltre, la zona era attrezzata di tutti i servizi necessari e conoscendo molto bene Vienna, questa è una zona molto sicura. In aggiunta, ero a Vienna per un esame universitario importante e il silenzio della casa mi ha permesso di concentrarmi anche se mi trovavo a pianterreno.
Negativ: Quando sono arrivata purtroppo non ho trovato l’appartamento molto pulito, ma dopo aver contattato l’amministratore della struttura si è fatto prontamente disponibile per mandare qualcuno a pulire. Dopo soli trenta minuti sono arrivati a pulire e a sistemare ciò che andava sistemato.

Positiv: L’emplacement Le calme Le confort et le niveau d’équipement
Negativ: Le manque de notices, notamment pour utiliser la plaque de cuisson . Il manquait aussi des informations sur l’emplacement des poubelles dans l’immeuble

Intr-adevar design superior
Positiv: Locatia excelenta la 3 minute de statia de metrou. Metroul direct pana in centrul Vienei. Apartamentul amenajat cu mult bun gust, cu toate dotarile.
Negativ: Patul din dormitor putea fi un pic mai lat.

posizone top per godere la bellezza di Vienna
Positiv: Appartamento molto carino, piccolo ma con spazi ben divisi. Il divano letto è comodo anche per due persone. C'è veramente tutto come la descrizione, abbiamo trovato tutto pulito ed ordinato. Armadio comodo ed altri scaffali per laciare gli effetti personali. La posizione è davvero comodissima vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus per il Belvedere e della metro linea U3 a pochissime fermate da Stephanplaz e Hoburg e a due fermate da Wien Mitte dove si prende il treno ultrarapido per l'aeroporto, supermercati ed locali nella zona, che è tranquilla nelle diverse ore del giorno. Il self check in è facile e comodissimo, ed il personale della strutura è davvero gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione sia prima dell'arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Per la spazzatura c'è un locale interno all'edificio prima di uscire. C'è un piccolo parco nella piazza molto carino dove i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza.
