Positiv: Zentrale Lage, UBahn direkt um die Ecke, in 10 Minuten ist man und er Innenstadt, Bäckerei und diverse Restaurants zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls direkt vor Ort.

Negativ: Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, das Geschirr, Gläser waren nicht sehr sauber.

Positiv: Check-in sowie Check-out unkompliziert, gute Lage und gute Ausstattung

Negativ: Das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber, wie auch das Geschirr.

Positiv: We've really enjoyed living here! The building is well-maintained. It’s also super convenient—easy to get to, really close to the metro station, and always clean. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, hassle-free apartment!

Great base to explore Vienna

Positiv: A quiet and convenient base to explore Vienna. The metro station is very very close - though you don't hear it. It's only 10-15 minutes to reach the centre, although there are also plenty of restaurants on the doorstep and a large park across the river. The apartment itself is well equipped, though we didn't spend a large amount of time inside except to sleep. We had a complication where the electronic lock for the front door had been removed. The highly responsive owner answered the call late at night and had the situation rectified in minutes.

Good place to stay in Vienna

Positiv: Very good location and clean, convenient studio with all the facilities. The host is super helpful and reactive. With the subway it takes a couple of minutes to the city center.

Positiv: The room was clean and the space is well used. Although the room faces directly the street, it was quiet at night. Many shops and take away restaurants in the area.

Negativ: The access door is right from the street which made me feel unsafe at times, although nothing actually happened. The room is quite small, but the initial offer from booking is transparent in this regard.
