Happy Vienna

Geräumige, gut eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger, verkehrsgünstiger Lage.

Positiv: Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt in der geräumigen Wohnung mit einem schönen großen Wohnzimmer. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss war sehr angenehm. Das Badezimmer ist funktional eingerichtet und lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. In der Küche konnten wir problemlos kochen. Es ist so viel Geschirr vorhanden, dass man die Spülmaschine auch wirklich voll beladen kann. Das macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Vermisst habe ich nur einen Deckel für den kleinen Topf. Aber das ist ja nur eine Kleinigkeit. Alles andere war wirklich in Ordnung. Die Lage in der Nähe vom U-Bahnhof und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle war sehr gut. So konnten wir schnell die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen, um Wien zu erkunden. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind in circa 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Negativ: Es hat alles gepasst

Spacious apartment with a good location, but with some issues.

Positiv: We stayed in this apartment for four nights. Overall, our impression was mixed. On the positive side, the apartment is very spacious, with plenty of sleeping places — which is especially convenient for a family. The location is convenient: there is a tram stop nearby and the metro is not far, making it easy to get around Vienna. The apartment was also very warm, and the heating worked perfectly.

Negativ: However, there were some drawbacks. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned, especially the kitchen: the oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle were dirty, which was unpleasant. We immediately contacted the host, and it is important to note that he responded quickly and arranged for an additional cleaning. The cleaners arrived fairly quickly and tidied up, but the first impression had already been spoiled. It should also be noted that there are very few basic items provided for guests. There is a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules, and no tea or sugar. The apartment has a washing machine, but no laundry detergent or capsules. In the bathroom, there was no shampoo or shower gel (hand soap was available). Another drawback — the kitchen extractor fan worked inconsistently, and the TV did not function during our stay. In conclusion, the apartment has good potential due to its space, location, and warmth, but the cleanliness upon arrival and the lack of basic amenities significantly reduce the overall experience.

Positiv: The location of the property was great, very close to the city center and public transport. It was perfect especially for large families like ours (with children). The kids fought every day to stay upstairs 😀 The house had everything we needed... Thank you so, so much... If I could give more than 10 points, I would!

Positiv: Καλή τοποθεσία.με το τραμ σε λίγη ώρα είσαι στο κέντρο. Μεγάλο ευρύχωρο σπίτι.ισως λίγο λιγότερο ζεστό για τα δεδομένα των Ελλήνων τουλάχιστον άλλα ήμασταν μια χαρά.καθαρο.
