Highly recommended very beautiful appartement.

Positiv: The appartement was really nice decorated, spacious and had everything we needed. Also situated in a nice area of Vienna, with nice cafes, but still within walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!

Negativ: Nothing, everything was great. On the third floor, so not good for people who has trouble using stairs.

Positiv: The location of the apartment is fantastic - just a 10-minute walk to the Rathaus and right next to a bus and tram stop. The interior is new and modern. The place is clean and fully equipped with kitchenware, oven, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Great value for the money!

Negativ: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but the owner warned us in advance.

Can’t write enough about how great this place is! Very communicative, easy to check in and out. Simply perfect!

Positiv: First of all, the apartment was super clean and large, with heated floors and very comfortably appointed. All appliances in the kitchen worked well (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher). TV is a bit small but it’s not necessary to be larger. Heating worked very well. The location is excellent! Close to many cafes and restaurants. Can’t beat the safety of the neighborhood.

Negativ: There wasn’t enough hot water to take a bath in the big bathtub. That’s my only complaint. And be aware that there are some stairs to get to the apartment - in case you are traveling with someone who struggles with stairs.

Positiv: The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and everything was organized with great attention to detail. The host was extremely attentive and did everything possible to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Fabulous location--comfortable apartment!

Positiv: The apartment is in an excellent location--great neighborhood shops, restaurants. It is easily accessible via public transport (2 Tram, 13A bus) and an enjoyable walk into the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the underfloor heating made it very cozy. The apartment has two bedrooms, a main bathroom with a tub and toilet, a separate shower room, and a small half bath which makes it easy for 4 guests to be comfortable in the space. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and professional; key collection and drop off were easy.

Negativ: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (4th floor US). The building has no elevator, which wasn't an issue for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
