Schöne, saubere Wohnung, relativ ruhig, perfekt, wenn man zum Lorenz-Böhler muss. Sehr nervige Schranktoilette mit zu ku

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Aus beruflichen Gründen musste ich die Woche ins Lorenz-Böhler- Krankenhaus, das waren 3 Minuten Fußweg, perfekt. Ansonsten ist man schnell mit den öffentlichen im ersten Bezirk.

Negativ: Der Bewegungsmelder für das Licht auf der Toilette hat ein sehr kurzes Zeitintervall (sind das 10 Sekunden?). Dies führt dazu, dass man winkend auf der Toilette sitzt. Das ist leider ziemlich nervig. Und da die Wohnung alle Fenster in den Innenhof hat, würde ich mir noch 1-2 Rollos wünschen, da auch die Dusche offen ist.

Positiv: Nice and clean apartment, with good furnishing, we had everything we needed for 2 adults + 2 children for a few days. Prompt and good communication, good location, not far from the Center by tram, tram station not too far from the apartment. All good.

Negativ: Bathroom with no doors or curtain at all, and for the first time in my life, I went to the toilet in a wardrobe—an interesting concept indeed, but one gets used to it at the end! 😄 And just a recommendation: It would have been good to find a few dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine capsules there, as we’ve had at other accommodations.

Positiv: La comodidad de las camas y lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina

Negativ: No había plato de ducha ni bañera,,había que ducharse en el mismo piso y se mojaba todo

Wygodny apartament w centrum Wiednia

Positiv: Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Wystarczające dla rodziny 2+2. Dobry internet wifi. Świetny kontakt z wynajmującym.

Negativ: Brak drzwi/zasłony do prysznica, niesprawna pralka,

Positiv: Bardzo duży apartament, przestronny apartament. Wysokiej jakości wyposażenie, wszystko działało perfekcyjnie (pralka suszarka, żelazko, toster, ekspress do kawy. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dostępne garnki patelnie, ze znikomymi śladami użytkowania. Szerokie wygodne łóżka. 4 osoby mieszkały tam komfortowo. Czysto, cicho.

Negativ: Dostaliśmy informację, że jest parking i rzeczywiście był, ale daleko i osobno płatny. Może to taki standard w Wiedniu? Ale ta informacja nas trochę zmyliła.
