Modernes und extrem geräumiges Apartment, das alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat

Positiv: - Größe des Apartments - Austattung des Apartments - Kommunikation mit Anbieter

Negativ: An einem Tag ist die S-Bahn ausgefallen und dann saß man tatsächlich etwas fest, da man von der Innenstadt schon etwas entfernt war.

Modern und stylisch

Positiv: Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Echt eine tolle Unterkunft.

Negativ: .

Perfekte Unterkunft um Wien zu erkunden - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Positiv: komfortables, großzügiges Apartment mit guter Ausstattung für Selbstversorger, gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Innenstadt. Problemloser Check-in und Check-out.

Negativ: Fehlt: Kaffee, Tee, Wasser für Kurzurlauber oder Hinweis in der Beschreibung, dass man komplett Selbstversorger ist. Ein Geschirrtuch wäre auch ganz nett.

Schöne moderne Wohnung

Positiv: Größe ideal, Klima wichtig im Sommer. Bim direkt vor der Türe und man ist damit gleich überall. Die notwendigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden.

Negativ: Der Aufzug hat nicht funktioniert. Nachbarn von oberhalb etwas laut und wenn man die Bim vor der Türe nicht gewöhnt ist, ist es auch etwas laut

Positiv: alles super. Tolle Wohnung und Vermieter supergut erreichbar.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon um Wien zu erkunden.Strassenbahn direkt vor der Tür!!!

Negativ: Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken..Gardine im Wohnzimmer stockt beim auf und zuziehen.Leider kein deutsches oder österreichischesTV Programm.Aufzugschlüssel harkt.Keine normale Kaffeemaschine,Kapsel sind nicht nachhaltig Im Wohnzimmer wäre eine Lampe schön um es gemütlicher zu gestalten..

Positiv: wirklich sehr super sauber die lage super die Wohnung hatte alles was man gebrauchen könnte

Apartment is modern, new, and spacious.

Positiv: The apartment is new, modern, and nicely equipped. It is spacious and stylish, with a beautiful terrace.

Negativ: It would be great to leave the instructions or manuals how to operate the heating system (thermostat) & roller blinds. Upon the arrival, the apartment was overheated (27 degrees!) and it was impossible to get the temperature down. Despite the fact that we did set the temperature lower, somehow, it was not picked up by the system, even after switching to manual mode (instead of programmed one). For the blinds, there were two remote controllers left, but they work in awkward way (e.g. one remote covering bedroom & living room both) - we only figured it out the next day. Unfortunately, at the first night we had disrupted sleep due to the streetlights/outside neighbour buildings. Given the fact that it was too hot in the apartment, we had to keep the terrace door on \

Overall quite a pleasant stay

Positiv: We were pleasantly surprised to see two bedrooms as it was advertised as one. The rooms were spacious and we got 4 sets of towels even though we got it for 2 people. The location is good and check in was easy, you get the code to the lockbox. There is a washing machine which isn’t on the photos but is in the description and there’s a drying rack. There was one pod for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher.

Negativ: Every time you want to access the apartment you need to type in the code which was quite annoying. There were multiple strands of black hair all over the bedding and some staining on the sofa, the apartment smelt like people have been smoking inside. There was no coffee or tea so the coffee machine is basically useless. No one is going to buy the pods specifically for it. Didn’t see any extra bin bags or toilet roll, which could’ve been a problem if we stayed for longer.

Positiv: Super nice clean and beautiful apartment with a ac Nice Balkon Location is a bit quite, but in 5 min walk you reach nice restaurants etc
