Sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip!

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat einen Kaffeevollautomaten. Das fand ich super! Und auch ausreichend Bohnen waren vorhanden. Deutlich umweltschonender als Kapseln o.ä. Und für die Wäsche zwischendurch steht sogar ein Waschtrockner zur Verfügung. Dan habe ich allerdings nicht getestet.

Positiv: Es war alles da was man braucht und sauber. Sehr gute Lage.

Negativ: Es gibt nochts auszusetzen.

Positiv: Alles wunderbar. Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung mit Eichendielenboden. Gut ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen.

Negativ: Strassen(bahn)lärm.

Positiv: Cozy apartment near city center with everything you need !

Positiv: It's very tidy, comfi, nice location and easy check in! Recommendes!

A complete price performance facility.

Positiv: This is a 1+0 flat and very well renovated inside. Very close to tram line 2 \

Negativ: The bed squeaked a lot and the bed itself was very thin. The mirror in the bathroom was too high for short people. The coffee machine kept making a fault. The entrance to the building and the stairs to the apartment were very old and a little unsettling.

Clean room with all amenities, 20 min by direct tram line to center

Positiv: The room is located right next to the tram line no. 2 which made our way to the city center really easy in max 20 min. We got the 72h OBB Vienna card anyway. Everything was clean and well organised. We really appreciated the boiler, the washing machine, the tumbledrier, the hairdrier, coffee machine, microwave, electric heaters and ventilator. This room really had all the amenities at our disposal.

Negativ: The room is at floor 1 facing the pedestrian way and street where the trams and cars pass. The traffic is low but if you leave the windows open you will hear every single person or car that passes on the street. Close the windows then this is no longer a problem :)

Great option for Vienna!

Positiv: The apartment is really well located, right in front of a tram stop and you can also easily get to U2 and U3 (U1 is also reachable from the same tram). There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, everything you might need nearby. The hosts were also very nice, Marie promptly got a fan for me as it was extremely hot in Vienna. The apartment has plenty of space, a nice shower, great kitchen. You are for sure comfortable staying there!

Negativ: The location is great, but it also brings quite a bit of noise. With the windows closed it is fine, but when it is too hot that becomes a bit of a problem. I would suggest that the fan is left in the apartment to help with this.

Overall I think it was a good experience. The thing that needs the most improvement is squeaky bed.

Positiv: Good placement near the public transportation (tram, train). It also had a decent restaurant near and a few shops to buy necessities (SPAR, Billa). It was clean, easy to keep warm. We had the necessities, they also left tea/coffee. Netflix was a plus that we appreciated. The bed was comfortable, the shower had pressure and the water was hot.

Negativ: The bed mat was very squeaky, if you'd turn around, you'd hear it squeak instantly, if you moved, it squeaked. It made for a rough sleep. For some reason the cold water in the bathroom sink had barely any pressure and the top shower head was leaking a bit when using the small head.

Positiv: Really nice apartment, good location with public transport nearby. We had everything we needed - coffee, tea, hairdryer, the washing machine was a huge plus, because we were coming back from a festival. The instructions for the self check in were clear and polite. Great value for the money!
