Perfect location, exceptionally clean, everything you need

Positiv: The location is perfect, close to different transport options. Exceptionally clean apartment well maintained and with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxed stay. Everything worked great without any issues. Located in a safe neighbourhood and extra convenient location. Although it is on the sixth floor, it is easily accessible with a lift.

Negativ: It would be nice if there was a small sofa or something so you could sit down anywhere else except for the chairs. But not a huge problem.

Positiv: The apartment was clean and you will find everything you need. Tram station is very close. The instructions we received how to check-in were very helpful. In general we had a very pleasant stay

Negativ: The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors Fin the next room. On our first nigh we couldnt sleep because of the noises coming from the next apartment

Positiv: The host was very accommodating and let us check in well before the official check in time.

Negativ: The room we had was attached to another room, and when those guests were in their room, you could hear quite a lot of the noise from their room (talking, moving around etc.).

Positiv: Wszystko super, czysto, komfortowo, dobra lokalizacja, same plusy- polecam!

Un apartamento con mucho encanto

Positiv: Un apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. No es céntrico pero tiene una parada de tranvía justo en la puerta, así que es muy fácil desplazarse.

Negativ: Las instrucciones para encontrar la habitación no están del todo claras, convendría que las mejoraráis para otros huéspedes, pero Eti enseguida nos las explicó por videollamada. Convendría también que el servicio de limpieza fuera más puntual a la hora de entregar las llaves, tanto como lo es para la hora de hacer el check out.

Positiv: L'appartamento era molto vicino al tram 2, molto comodo per arrivare al centro, il letto era comodo, la casa riscaldata. Dotata di lavastoviglie

Negativ: l'arredamento poco curato nei dettagli (es in bagno ci sono dei ganci per asciugamani ma molti sono purtroppo spezzati, oppure presenza di un solo comodino ecc) e poi ci sono pochi utensili in cucina (compresi piatti ecc)

Positiv: Apartamento limpio y muy cómodo, enfrente de una parada de tranvía que te comunica con el centro. Climatizado para el frío que hace allí. Las camas muy cómodas y la ducha genial.

Negativ: Las almohadas muy incómodas al ser muy fina y no haber mas y la comunicación con el propietario pues rara vez contestaba a las dudas. Pero en general muy recomendable la instancia

Positiv: L'appartamento internamente è spazioso e molto carino. Dotato dei confort necessari tra cui un condizionatore perfettamente funzionante.

Negativ: L'esterno è da rivedere completamente, prato incolto e molto buio la sera.

Positiv: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (blisko Praterstern) i przystanek naprzeciwko budynku. Apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nic nie brakowało.

Positiv: Апартаментът е светъл, удобен и вътре е тих, което създава приятно усещане за спокойствие. Когато прозорците са затворени, обстановката е много комфортна, но при отварянето им се чува шум отвън. (The apartment is bright, comfortable, and quiet inside, which creates a pleasant sense of calm. When the windows are closed, the atmosphere is very cozy, but once opened, noise from outside can be heard.)

Negativ: Има някои малки неудобства – от едната страна на двойното легло липсва нощно шкафче и няма достатъчно контакти в близост до леглото в спалнята. В кухнята не открихме сол, черен пипер и олио, както и покривка за маса. Освен това, каналът на мивката не оттичаше добре. Местоположението не беше най-удобното, но като цяло беше приемливо. There are a few minor inconveniences – on one side of the double bed there was no bedside table, and there weren’t enough power outlets near the bed in the bedroom. In the kitchen, we couldn’t find salt, pepper, or cooking oil, as well as a tablecloth. Additionally, the sink drain did not work properly. The location was not the most convenient, but overall it was acceptable.
