Brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment near augarten

Sehr gut gelegen

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, direkt bei der Tramhaltestelle und der U-Bahn, somit alles in Wien sehr schnell zu erreichen. Diverse Cafes, Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung. Nachts sehr ruhig. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt. Bequeme Betten.

Positiv: Die Organisation und Freundlichkeit durch das Brand New luxury Apartment Team hat uns begeistert..Hilfe in jeder Situation. Die Lage in der Taborstrasse ist perfekt!

Negativ: Gibt nichts zum Kritisieren:)

Tolle Wohnung um Wien zu erkunden

Positiv: Die Lage war Top! Die Zimmeraufteilung war super ! Ein großes Schlafzimmer ein kleineres Schlafzimmer. Es war sauber und die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Toller Service bei Problemen habe ich über den Bokking-Chat mit der Firma geschrieben und bekam immer eine Antwort und eine Lösung bei Problemen.

Negativ: Es fehlte ein Staubsauger um die Wohnung mal zu saugen da wir jeden Tag dort gefrühstückt haben sind natürlich auch Krümmel runtergefallen. Der Eingang zu der Wohnung war auf dem ersten Blick nicht sehr einladend etwas kühl und das Treppenhaus war schmutzig.

Positiv: Excellent location, nice apartment. Easy access to centre of Vienna. Lots of eating places nearby.

Negativ: Some of furniture a little worn eg. Dining chairs - but this was a minor issue and didn’t impact our overall experience

Positiv: Close to U-Bahn, shops and restaurants. Clean, quiet.

Negativ: No bedside lamp in second bedroom. Cups were small.

Wonderful modern apartment! Loved the wooden floors:)

Positiv: The spacious apartment is pleasant, as it is clean and neat upon arrival. The beds are comfortable with fresh, crispy bedsheets and soft pillows. We requested a baby cot and high chair and both were provided for us. It is extremely easy to travel around Vienna since there is a tram stop and a metro station located nearby. Also, there are many supermarkets such as Billa and Spar near the apartment, making last-minute shopping much more convenient. What really made travel easy and enjoyable for my family was the ability to wash our clothes in the laundry room, which includes both washer and dryer. Overall, a great apartment!!

Negativ: It would be better if one of the rooms had separable beds. Since we travelled during Easter, the rubbish was not taken out the whole weekend, resulting in an unpleasant smell. It is not the owner’s fault, of course, but it slightly affected our trip.

Positiv: Thank you for a wonderful stay, Extremely pleased with the location, the apartment is very light, spacious and and nice comfortable large sofa bed. the large dining table was great with comfortable chairs and still have ample space to move about. WiFi facilities are fantastic with excellent speeds. Kitchenette was good nice to have a good size fridge and oven & hob and storage. bathroom spaceous and fantastic shower presssure. Very close to the Metro was brilliant and Tram lines close also. Can only say 5* accommodation ,location definitely recommend and when I go back again will book this again.

Negativ: Nothing just a small toaster if possible

Positiv: The living room and 1 bedroom are spacious. Apt is clean. There is a small lift in the building to get to level 3. After registering online, they will send the check in instructions which are easy to follow. Found the window crack and holes on the curtain. Reported to the owner and they are quick to respond.

Negativ: Walking distance to the old town is around 23 mins. But it was okay for us as we like to explore the surroundings during the walk and the weather was perfect.

Lovely apartment, comfortable and great location

Positiv: Lovely apartment, very spacious and in a convenient neighborhood for getting around Vienna. Lots of nice shops, restaurants, cafes within easy walking distance, as well as city centre.

Negativ: Everything was great, my only very small points would be that some of the power sockets are difficult to access: behind large furniture or would need to step over cables, but that's just a minor thing that we managed to work around.
