Live Centrally in a Spacious and Modern Apartment in Vienna

Positiv: exzellente lage. appartment sehr funktionell und modern eingerichtet.

Sehr gut, gerne wieder

Positiv: Die Lage ist optimal; kurzer Weg zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln .. die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig ausgestattet

Negativ: Ein paar Küchenutensilien mehr wären gut

Positiv: Ein sehr schönes großes Apartment, ruhig gelegen, aber Toplage ! Sehr nahe am Zentrum, Bus, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn jeweils nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt.

Negativ: Das Schlafsofa war sehr hart.

Top Lage aber es gibt auch Abstriche

Positiv: 😀- die Lage ist top. Kurze Wege sowohl in die Altstadt, wie auch zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Hop on Hop of Für zwei Personen ist Wohnung groß und sehr ruhig.

Negativ: 😞 - leider wie schon von vielen Besuchern vor uns angemerkt, ist die Ausstattung der Küche miserabel. Die Pfanne ist beschädigt und das hauptsächlich weil es auch keinen Pfannenwender gibt. Ich denke in einer Ferienwohnung sollte es möglich sein, ein vernünftiges Frühstück zuzubereiten. Es gab noch nicht einmal Spültabs für die Spülmaschine. Auch einige kleine Reparaturen sind notwendig. Preis-Leistung ist nicht ganz angemessen.

Negativ: The water is sputtering instead of flowing smoothly

Great apartment close to everything for your visit to Vienna

Positiv: I appreciate that someone met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and walk us through. The apartment is centrally located near the river with easy access to the 1 and 2 trams and subway. It's a spacious 1 bedroom with 1-1/2 bathrooms - great for a couple or small family. It has a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Positiv: Location was very central, easy excess to the u-ban when required

Negativ: Really enjoyed the freedom of the apartment,could have done with another mirror, but all else perfect

Positiv: Very spacious and modern. Apartment very clean and supplies left for washing and also kitchen cleaning supplies. Easy access into the property. Ideal location for central Vienna, less than 10 mins walk to the centre and 20 mins to all the major Attractions walking.

Negativ: Unfortunately I would have given this full marks if it hadn’t been for the heating issue. No heating was needed for the first couple of days which was fine. But the last four days it was very cold and we could not get the heating to work. We asked the owners who suggested resetting the boiler but that didn’t have the buttons they suggested. Only one light was on the boiler yet there were 3 that should have been on. I was then Told to check the radiators were on set for on and they were. Then told to change the thermostat settings which we tried but again nothing worked. It meant the apartment was far too cold so when in we sat with duvets around us. Also it meant that when in bed all the bedding felt damp and wet. Unfortunately when you dont actually have a visual person to talk to the issue wasn’t solved

Positiv: A very beautiful and well-appointed apartment! The renovation might not be the newest, but everything is very clean and tastefully done. Excellent location. All the attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. The windows face the courtyard, though even the street itself is very quiet. Public transport is also just a couple of minutes away. It's especially convenient if you need to get to the airport—the VAL2 bus, which goes directly to the airport in 20 minutes, stops just 5 minutes from the apartment! We loved everything and never regretted choosing this apartment. I highly recommend staying here!

Negativ: Perhaps a downside just for me—but the pillows were too large, so I had to sleep without one.

I would choose next time and recommend for friends :)

Positiv: Perfect place near Vienna’s old city. Fully equipped, spacious and clean. Easy check in.

Negativ: Too big pillows for us :)
