Positiv: Traumhafte Lage -der Erste Bezirk Wiens liegt uns zu Füßen. Trotz zentraler Lage wirklich sehr ruhig.

Positiv: Hell, gute Lage, sauber, gemütlich, mit schönem Blick aus dem Fenster. unkompliziert beim ein-und auschecken.

Negativ: Die dunkle Küche und die Dusche.

Perfekte Lage

Positiv: Das Appartment hat eine ganz tolle Lage für einen Städtetrip in Wien. Es kann vieles zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ansonsten sind die Öffis \

Negativ: Im Appartement könnten die Matratzen mal erneuert werden und die Duschaufhängung überdacht werden. Sonst alles top.

Sehr gut gelegenes Apartement auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt

Positiv: Sehr tolle Lage und das Apartment bietet viel Platz. Via öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erschlossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm und helfen mit Tipps. Ausstattung grundsätzlich ebenfalls sehr gut. Man hat alles was es braucht.

Negativ: Einziges Manko für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern war dass es teilweise Fussleisten hatte wo Nägel rausstanden oder beim Geschirrspüler fehlte die Abdeckung und dadurch standen Schrauben raus. Es gab also ein paar „Fallen“ die bei kleinen Kindern suboptimal sind. Auch der Lift ist knapp bemessen für den Kinderwagen aber es ging gerade auf. Für Reisende ohne kleine Kinder ist dies aber kein Problem.

Positiv: Next to the metro station Close to the downtown walking Space enough Well equipped/ two TVs with Netflix No noises during the night

Negativ: The two extra beds in the sofa in the living room were no too comfortable

I really enjoyed it — it was a pleasant experience and left a great impression.

Positiv: The apartment has a very convenient location, not far from the metro. The windows overlook a park, and there’s a cozy café right downstairs. The apartment is clean and comfortable, with enough space to store your belongings. There’s a door between the rooms and separate exits from each room to the hallway, so the rooms can be either connected or completely separate. The staff is very friendly — our train was delayed and we arrived late, but the staff member waited for us, helped with check-in, and explained everything about the apartment in detail.

Negativ: The apartment has a short sofa.

Positiv: Good sized and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location.

Negativ: More equipment in kitchen would have been good.

Positiv: Location was great, walking distance to the train station. A lot of nice restaurants around the area.
