Großzügiges Appartement in ruhiger, zentraler Lage.
Positiv: Ruhige zentrale Lage. Sehr großzügige Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, alles hat gut geklappt.
Negativ: Ausstattung bleibt qualitativ etwas unter den Erwartungen.

Der Tempel ist toll!
Positiv: fantastische Lage für einen Wien – Aufenthalt, höchst ungewöhnliches Gebäude mit Tempel in einem Hinterhof, sehr geschmackvoll Einrichtung mit viel Gefühl für ansprechendes Design.
Negativ: ganz winzig kleine Einschränkung ist die komplizierte Belüftung im Schlafbereich. Dieser hat leider aufgrund der exquisiten Charakters der Wohnung kein klassisches Fenster zum Belüften. Die Lüftung erfordert eine gewisse Technikaffinität

Machte uns den Wienaufenthalt perfekt
Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig, gut gelegen (ruhiges und gut erschlossenes Quartier) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Gerne wieder hier!
Negativ: Wasserabfluss im Bad.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung in Wien!
Positiv: Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Wegen eines Problems wegen Baustellenlärm im Haus war der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und hat im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten für eine Verbesserung der Situation gesorgt. Die Wohnung selbst ist außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtet und für eine Erkundung der Stadt hervorragend gelegen.
Negativ: Aufgrund Renovierungsarbeiten in einer anderen Wohnung gäbe es immer wieder Baustellenlärm. Da es sich um geplante Arbeiten gehandelt hat, wäre ein Hinweis auf möglichen Baustellenlärm hilfreich gewesen.

Positiv: My favourite place to stay in Vienna! 🥇 It’s my second time staying at the Temple when visiting Vienna and this is by far my favourite accommodation. The location is extremely convenient, with the City Center and Stephansplatz and public transport right around the corner, but it also has an amazing cosy feel and is very private. It was also designed and decorated by a local architect and it truly shows! The main living room and kitchenette are fully equipped, very spacious and decorated beautifully. The bedroom is split into two levels, which gives plenty of privacy when traveling with more than 2 people. Everything is super clean and the owner responds super fast if there is a challenge.
Negativ: I would recommend using the Park & Ride in Spittalau, because it’s much cheaper than parking in Vienna city center. It’s only 10 minutes by metro from the apartment.

Absolutely wonderful
Positiv: Absolutely beautiful, very warm , comfortable beds , Beautiful decor , lovely modern kitchen , lovely bathrooms with separate toilet , Very very clean , great location ! Only a 10 / 15 minute walk to the city centre One of the nicest places we’ve stayed in and will definitely come back Also we were able to store our luggage in the office upstairs
Negativ: The pillow was way too soft for me and only one per person , but there were cushions in the wardrobe so I used them ,so not really a problem! Also some dishwasher tablets would have been helpful, but these are minor gripes 😊 there were lots of coffee pods, and chocolates left which were nice so Thankyou

A beautiful, comfortable and peaceful apartment - don’t hesitate to book!
Positiv: We loved staying in this beautiful, comfortable and peaceful apartment, which is conveniently located around 5 minutes from the Schottenring U bahn station. It has everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay. There are grocery shops , cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk, though it is equally easy to self- cater if you wish. I will definitely try to re- book if we return to Vienna!

REALLY BEAUTIFUL BIG QUIET SPACE! We would love to stay again.
Positiv: This place was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures! Much more space than we thought. We used the washer and that was really nice to have. The keys were easy to access. No crazy list of instructions before leaving.. this made it less stressful. There are no street facing windows in the unit so this place was SO quiet! We slept really well! Plenty of places to hang your clothes, coats and sweaters. Really loved this place and the host was responsive as well. The place was also decorated so nice and the high ceilings were nice,
Negativ: Nothing to say here as we loved everything about our stay at The Temple
