Elegant Vienna Apartment

Preiswert und tolle Lage

Positiv: Am besten direkt in der Unterkunft anrufen sofern nicht auf das klingeln reagiert wird, trotzdem am Ende alles reibungslos abgelaufen.

Negativ: Das die Spühlmaschine defekt war. Sonst war eigentlich alles gut.

Positiv: Ansich sehr schön würde es auch wieder buchen. Aber Spühlmaschine und Licht zum Kochen war kaputt. Kaffeemaschine ohne pads, die muss man sich voher besorgen. Da hatte ich zum Glück voher schon die Kommentare gelesen und welche gekauft.

Umgebucht auf größere Wohnung in der Pfefferhofgasse

Positiv: Wegen eines technischen Defektes wurden wir auf eine größere Wohnung im dritten Bezirk umgebucht. Sehr hohe Decken, schöne alte Kastenfenster und ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Fast möndän.

Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist dagegen überraschend spartanisch das Geschirr abgezählt. Selbst Kaffeepellets muss man mitbringen, außer Salz gibt es nichts. Aber es funktioniert alles soweit erforderlich. Die Beleuchtung empfanden wir grell und ungemütlich, aber das ist Geschmackssache. In der Dusche ist der Boden eben, so dass das Wasser nicht abläuft. Man muss es wegrackeln.

Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Freundliche Vermietung. Vom Stadtzentrum 2 Tram Stationen entfernt.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr

Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut aufgeteilt.

Negativ: Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Es steht eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine drin, leider nicht eine einzige Kaffeekapsel.

Staying in this apartment, in the center of the city, was so pleasant.

Positiv: We were in the December in this apartment and the room heating was excellent! This was so important for me. We were close to stations for trains and uban and we came quickly to the center. The host (Marta) was so nice and she was always there for us, for any kind of advice.

Amazing apartment with great view

Positiv: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Vienna! The host was extremely kind, accommodating, and always communicative, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of the train station and offering an amazing view of the city. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-equipped with everything you might need, and felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely come back again!

Positiv: I was struggling to open the door and the host came to meet me and let me in, she was lovely and explained everything then and there.

Negativ: nothing it was perfect for what I wanted

Positiv: It was clean, great location and the bed was comfortable.

Negativ: The shower was slightly broken but still functional

Positiv: Nice location, lift in the building. Possible to park on the street overnight. Very flexible check-in.
