Cozy & New with Balcony View

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig, funktional eingerichtet, sehr gut gelegen (Supermarkt und U6 in der Nähe) und zudem tagsüber sehr hell. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut (nur ein großer Topf und ein Stöpsel für die Spüle würden noch helfen). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockengestell (Waschmittel selbst mitbringen!). Die Betten waren angenehm. Fernseher zwar ohne TV-Anschluss, aber ließ sich über Miracast vom Tablet problemlos bespielen Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin ging super schnell, die fehlenden Handtücher wurden unversehens organisiert. Negativ: Nicht alles ist perfekt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten: - Die Beleuchtung im Essbereich ist an der falschen Stelle: am Tisch ist es dunkel, dafür stößt man sich beim Weg in die Küche an der Lampe. Auch in der Küche hängt die Lampe zu tief. - Zwei Türklinken waren lose - Duschkabine nicht stabil und etwas undicht - Gastherme bisweilen etwas laut, eine Zwischentür zum Wohnbereich würde da helfen Das Treppenhaus ist nicht sehr schön, mit dem Eintritt in die Wohnung ist das aber gleich vergessen. Die 100 Stufen (ohne Fahrstuhl) hätte man ins Inserat schreiben sollen - für uns aber kein Problem. :-)

Negativ: Die Lichtsachalterkombinationen sind einwenig verwirrend, aber kein wirkliches Problem. Auch manch Lampe ist für einen 176 cm großen Mensch nicht immer so genial ;-)

Positiv: Nice and clean flat in good location. Close to the city centre.

Positiv: this place was very nice, very clean good location

Negativ: the only problem we had was the stairs as it was over a 100 steps to the apartment, i have prblems walking and also had a 82 yrs old with us, so if your fit its fine but for us to much , but haveing said that this place is very good .

Positiv: The apartment was clean, well equipped (big fridge, toaster, coffee machine, plates, pans and cutlery) and had a nice balcony. We visited during cold weather and it was easy to adjust the temperature so that the apartment was nice and warm.

Negativ: The booking description lists two bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, when in fact there is only one bedroom and the other double bed is in the living room with the sofa bed. Although this isn't the owner's fault, other tenants of the apartment building smoke inside and because of that it often stank of cigarette smoke.

Positiv: Everything is above my expectations in this stay. This is a gem in Vienna. It is a very big apartment with 3 double beds and so much of space. So many towels and toiletries are available. Nice balcony view washing machine cloth air drying facility, big TV and what not. I think it was the best apartment during our Europe trip.

Negativ: This is the negative part that the apartment is on top level (4th floor) with no lift. Staircases are old and quite straight making them not so easy to climb.

Positiv: The apartmant is very nice, big, clean and cozy. The location is great, the u-bahn station is close.

Negativ: The apartmant is on the 4th floor without the elevator, which we knew, but the stairs are round and hard to climb. It was a hard finish after long day of walking, our children are not so close so it was manageable, but thay were complaining a lot 😊

Vienna, as always, is a nice place to stay. I really enjoyed this appartement!

Positiv: The location and the distance to public transport. Supermarket and Gas station are just around the corner, as well as the Brunnenmarkt.

Negativ: The Balcony is nice but is missing some furniture.

The location is great. It's just 5 min walk to the nearest tram/metro station.

Positiv: The kitchen had almost everything we needed for our short stay and we even got coffee pads.

Negativ: The only thing we missed in the apartment was a baking tray.
